【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の利用分野〕 本発明は電気ハンマードリル等の打撃工具の回転打撃伝
達部材に関するものである。

点鎖線にて示す。また、Aは回転打撃伝達部材及び工具
の回転方向を示す。第4図に示す様に、工具は回転打撃
伝達部材により回転トルクを受ける。この回転トルクは
二面巾にて伝達されるが、回転打撃伝達部材に工具を受
容するため、工具の二面巾は回転打撃伝達部材の二面巾
よりも寸法を小さくしなければならない。従って両者の
間に生じるスキマのために工具の六角シャンク部は回転
打撃伝達部材の受容部に面接触せず、六角の角部が回転
打撃伝達部材と線接触してしまう。その結果、トルクに
よって生ずる面圧が大きくなるため、すぐに工具の摩耗
がはじまり、それに伴い両者の摩耗が急速に進んでしま
う欠点を有している。
