【考案の詳細な説明】〔産業上の利用分野〕本考案はサ
イロ等の筒状鉄筋コンクリート壁体を滑動型枠工法にて
築造する場合に於て、横筋を容易にヨークの股下に挿通
させるための装置と当該装置を用いて実施される横筋の
組立装置に関する。 〔従来の技術とその問題点〕従来、滑動型枠工法による
筒状鉄筋コンクリート壁体の築造に際して、壁体用横筋
の組み立ては、予め所定の形状に加工された横筋用鉄筋
を壁体に沿って設けられた複数個のヨークの股下と壁体
の縦筋との狭い間隙に挿通させて所定の位置まで移動さ
せて実施するため、鉄筋が細いものであっても最低3人
の鉄筋工が必要である。近年、コイル鉄筋の先端をヨー
ク股下を貫通して設けられたガイドレールに沿って移動
させる装置の実施例が見られるが、コイル鉄筋が通常の
棒鋼に比べ高価であり、また筒状壁体が多数集合した複
合サイロ等に於いては、筒状壁体の数と同数組の装置を
必要とし、不経済である。本考案はこの様な現状に鑑
み、簡易な装置であって且より少人数の鉄筋工で確実敏
速に横筋を組み立てうることを目的としたものである。 〔課題を解決するための手段〕本考案は上記目的を達成
するためになしたもので、滑動型枠工法を用いた筒状鉄
筋コンクリート造壁体の築造において、円弧形になした
滑動型枠の長手方向に定間隔に配設されて、滑動型枠上
方に突設するヨーク7の股下を貫通して壁体の上方沿い
に設けられたハンガレール10を環状の平面形を成すと
共に、このハンガレールの下端に鉄筋等を仮に固定しう
る複数個の挟み金具12を具備し、複数個のハンガ11
によって環状のハンガレール10に吊垂され、且上記ハ
ンガレール10と同周長の環状に成したループランナ1
3と当該ループランナの側面に接触してループランナ1
3を環状周長方向に移動させる電動モータ14の主軸の
回転と連動するローラ又はギアー等の回転子15とより
成ることを要旨とする。 〔作 用〕横筋を組み立てるには、予め所定の形状に加
工された鉄筋を壁体付近の作業床に水平に配置し、鉄筋
の先端部をハンガ11の下端の挟み金具12に固定さ
せ、鉄筋の後方部を押せば、この先端部はハンガ11と
共にハンガレール10沿いに移動し最寄りのヨークの股
下をくぐり、更にこの先端部を引き寄せて、次のヨーク
の股下をくぐらせながら順次鉄筋の中間部、後端部を他
の複数の挟み金具にて固定して鉄筋を所望の位置まで移
動させた後、縦筋に押して密着させ縦筋との交叉部を鉄
線等を用いて緊結固定させながら順次挟み金具を外す。
このようにして横筋を組み立てて行く。この一連の作業
は一人の鉄筋工で実施可能である。 〔実施例〕以下本考案を図示の実施例にもとづき説明す
る。第1図に於いて、1は滑動型枠工法によって築造さ
れつつある壁体コンクリート、2は壁体用横筋、3はこ
の壁体用横筋2と壁体沿いに設けられた滑動型枠、4は
型枠の上辺に連設した作業床、5は壁体中より延びた縦
筋、7は前記滑動型枠3に固定されたヨーク、8は壁体
下端部より垂直に建てられたロッド、9はこのロッド8
に支持されて上昇するセンタホール型のジャッキを示
し、10は本考案に係る装置のハンガレールを示す。6

らせながら順次鉄筋の中間部、後端部を他の複数の挟み
金具にて固定して鉄筋を所望の位置まで移動させた後、
縦筋に押して密着させ縦筋との交叉部を鉄線等を用いて
緊結固定させながら順次挟み金具を外すが、上記の一連
の作業は一人の鉄筋工で実施可能である。第3図は異な
りたる実施例を示す。第3図において、10は円筒状の
壁体の上方に沿ってヨーク股下を貫通して設けられた円
周状のハンガレールを示し、13は帯鋼を用いて作ら
れ、複数個のハンガ11によって吊垂され、この下端に
複数の挟み金具12が接合されたループランナを示す。
ループランナの部分に密着し電動モータ14によって回
転するローラ式の回転子15によってループランナ13
は自動的にハンガレール10の下方沿いを移動する。上
記円周状のハンガレール10、ループランナ13と複数
個のハンガ11、挟み金具12とループランナを自動的
にレール方向に移動させる電動モータ14、これに連設
した回転子15から構成される装置を用いて横筋を組み
立てるには、予め所定の形状に加工された鉄筋を壁体付
近の作業床に水平に配置し、鉄筋の先端部を挟み金具1
2に固定し、電動モータ14に通電し、回転子15を回
転させ、これに連動してループランナ13を横移動させ
れば、鉄筋は先端部よりヨーク股下に引き込まれ、順次

タ14を停止等してループランナ13を静止させ、鉄筋

いて緊結固定しながら、逐次挟み金具12を外すが、例
えば一円周の横筋が4本の鉄筋で組み立てられる場合、
4本の鉄線を同時に所望の位置まで動力によって位置さ
せることができるので、大幅な省力化となる。尚、本考
案はサイロ等の円筒形の壁体のみならず、多角形筒状の
壁体を滑動型枠工法で築造する場合にも応用できるもの

業者から成るチームを必要とした横筋組み立て作業が一
人で実施できるものであり、しかも縦筋の壁体外側方向
への倒れを未然に防止できる等の数々の利点を有する。
