混合粒落下口には受樋を設け、この受樋と前記二次選別
盤とを揚穀機によって連結したので、選別盤の混合粒落
下口から受樋内に落下した石と米粒との混合粒は、揚穀
機によって二次選別盤に供給され、この二次選別盤にお
いて米粒と石とが精選されて米粒は再び選別盤に戻さ
れ、石は石取出口に設けた遮断装置によって濃縮された
後排出され、米粒中に石が混入するとことがなく、また
石と共に米粒が排出されることがない。特に、選別盤の
傾斜上方端部を混合粒落下口となして大きく開口し、こ
の落下口に石と米粒との混合粒を落下させることによっ
て、混合粒と選別盤上の米粒とをいち早く切り離し、石
が選別盤の米粒中に戻らない二次選別盤において、混合
粒中の石と米粒とを精選するので、比較的軽い石であっ
ても確実に選別でき、選別精度が向上する。
