The transmission of the vibration generated from the engine to the pipe is due to the gradient clearance provided between the inner peripheral surface of the holder and the outer peripheral surface on one end side of the pipe, and the fitting recess of the holder attached to the pipe. It is damped by the anti-vibration member fitted to. Since the clearance between the inner peripheral surface of the holder portion and the outer peripheral surface on one end side of the pipe is a gradient clearance that gradually narrows toward the inner side of the holder portion,
The pipe can be easily attached to and detached from the holder. Moreover, since the outer peripheral surface of the insertion-side tip portion of the pipe inserted in the holder portion is substantially joined to the inner peripheral surface of the holder portion, the inclination of the engine side with respect to the pipe due to its own weight and the inclination of the engine side relative to the pipe during operation of the engine Swinging is reduced.

In such a structure, since the gradient clearance 34 is provided between the inner peripheral surface of the holder portion 19 and the outer peripheral surface of the pipe 20, and the vibration damping member 21 is interposed, the engine 1 generates. The portion where the vibration is directly transmitted to the pipe 20 is only the front end portion of the insertion side of the pipe 20 which is joined to the inner peripheral surface of the holder portion 19, and the vibration transmitted from the engine 1 to the pipe 20 is attenuated by the damping action of the vibration isolator 21. To be done. Moreover, even if the outer peripheral surface of the tip end portion of the insertion side of the pipe 20 and the inner peripheral surface of the holder portion 19 are joined to each other, even if inclination due to the weight of the engine 1 side with respect to the pipe 20 occurs, the inclination is shown in FIG. Thus, the swing of the engine 1 side with respect to the pipe 20 during the operation of the engine 1 is reduced and the induction of the vibration based on this swing is also reduced. Therefore, the vibration transmitted to the worker through the pipe 20 is extremely reduced, and a good working condition for the worker can be obtained.

Next, the inner peripheral surface of the holder portion 19 and the pipe 2
Since the gradient clearance 34 is provided between the outer peripheral surface of No. 0 and the outer peripheral surface of No. 0, the pipe 20 can be easily attached to and detached from the holder unit 19. Further, since a minute clearance “C 1 ” is provided between the inner peripheral side surface of the fitting concave portion 22 and the outer peripheral side surface of the rubber member 24, when the pipe 20 is attached or detached, the fitting concave portion 22 and the vibration isolating member are attached. The pipe 20 is not caught and the pipe 20 can be attached to and detached from the holder portion 19 more easily. Moreover, when the pipe 20 is inserted into the holder portion 19, the vibration damping member 21 and the fitting recess 2
It suffices to match the position with the position 2 and no complicated position alignment is required.

On the other hand, the end of the reinforcing member 23 and the rubber member 24
Since a small distance "C 2 " is set between the rubber member 24 and the outer peripheral side surface, excessive deformation and contraction of the rubber member 24 during the operation of the engine 1 are prevented, and the displacement of the engine 1 in the circumferential direction of the pipe 20 is prevented. Is prevented from occurring.

Further, since the holder portion 19 has a fitting concave portion 22 formed below the inner peripheral portion thereof and the other portions are slightly thicker than the pipe 20, the conventional example shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. The outer diameter of the holder portion 19 is smaller than that of the above, and the weight of the brush cutter as a whole is reduced and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

As described above, the present invention provides a brush cutter having an engine, a transmission shaft for transmitting power from the engine to a cutting blade, and a hollow pipe for covering the transmission shaft. A holder portion into which one end side of the pipe is inserted is provided, and a vibration isolating member is attached to a part of the outer peripheral portion on one end side of the pipe, and a fitting concave portion into which the vibration isolating member is fitted is formed below the inner peripheral portion of the holder portion. Formed between the inner peripheral surface of the holder portion and the outer peripheral surface on one end side of the pipe inserted into the holder portion, and becomes gradually narrower toward the inner side of the holder portion, and the tip end portion on the insertion side of the pipe is formed. Since the outer peripheral surface of the is provided with a gradient clearance that is substantially joined to the inner peripheral surface of the holder portion, the transmission of the vibration generated from the engine to the pipe is attenuated by the simple structure provided with the gradient clearance and the vibration isolating member. Moreover, since the clearance between the inner peripheral surface of the holder and the outer peripheral surface on one end side of the pipe is a gradient clearance that gradually narrows toward the back side of the holder, the pipe can be attached to and detached from the holder. This can be done easily, and furthermore, the outer peripheral surface of the insertion-side tip of the pipe inserted to the inner side of the holder portion and the inner peripheral surface of the holder portion are joined to each other, so that inclination due to the weight of the engine side with respect to the pipe and This has the effect of reducing the swing of the engine with respect to the pipe during operation of the engine, and preventing the vibration induced by this swing.
