【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、溶融金属用容器の槽底
から溶融金属を排出する機構に用いられるノズルれんが
の脱着を容易にしたノズルれんがのノズル羽口れんがへ
のセット方法に関するものである。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来、ノズルれんがをノズル羽口れんが
にセットするのにノズルれんがに耐火モルタルを塗布し
て行う手段が実施されている。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかし、この耐火モル
タルによると、ノズルれんが使用限界に至った時、取り
替えようとすると耐火モルタルの溶着が起こりノズルれ
んがが、ノズル羽口れんがから取り外せないことが頻繁
にあった。特にこの溶着は、アルミナ黒鉛質ノズル使用
時に顕著である。これは、アルミナ黒鉛質ノズルが黒鉛
を有するために高熱伝導率化し、ノズル羽口れんがとの
間に介在する耐火モルタルへの伝熱が大きくなるためと

がブレーカーによって損傷されるという二次的問題が発
生してノズル羽口れんがの耐用も短かいものであった。
また、ブレーカーによるノズル脱着作用は高温での作業
であるため作業者の労働条件の面からも好ましいもので
はなかった。 【0005】この発明は、従来の方法による問題点を解
決し、ノズルれんかが容易に脱着できるようにした、ノ
ズルれんがのノズル羽口れんがへのセット方法を提供す
ることを目的としている。 【0006】 【課題を解決するための手段】この目的を達成させるた
めに、本発明は、次のような構成としてある。 【0007】即ち、本発明は、図2〜図4において、ノ
ズルれんが1外周面の一部又は全部に黒鉛質シート2を
巻き、その後耐火モルタル3を該黒鉛質シート2上に塗
布し、ノズル羽口れんが4に挿入し、所定の位置にセッ
トすることを特徴としている。尚、このノズルれんが1
と黒鉛質シート2の間は有機系接着剤、無機系接着剤等
を介して接着しても良く、又、特に接着剤等を用いなく
ても良い。 【0008】この発明は、黒鉛質シートの高耐火性と、
モルタルあるいは耐火物との非反応性を利用したもの
で、できるだけ膨張黒鉛からなる高黒鉛質のシート成形
したものが望ましい。 【0009】 【実施例】下記条件下で実際の操業に使用したところ、
本発明品はノズルれんがの引き抜きが容易で表1に示す

うに上記いづれの黒鉛シート材質を使用しても、従来と
比較し極めて短時間でノズルの引き抜きが可能であっ

んがをブレーカーで除去する作業を減少し、ノズル羽口
れんが内面を損傷することがなく、かつノズル羽口れん
がの寿命を低下させることもなく、作業者の作業環境の
改善にも大きな効果が得られた。
