CONSTITUTION:A pressure-relieving apparatus is provided with a pressure- relieving port 2 formed in a case 1 for a switch, with a pressure-relieving plate 5 in which a peripheral edge part 6 comes into contact with the case 1 and which covers the pressure-relieving port 2 via an O-ring 12, with stop holes 9 composed of round holes so as pass through in diagonal positions in the peripheral edge part 6, with cutouts 11 formed in diagonal positions at right angles to the diagonal positions in the peripheral edge part 6 and opened in end edges and with fixtures 16 inserted into, and passe through, the stop holes 9 and the cutouts 11 and by which the pressure-relieving plate 5 is mounted on the case 1.
