(Prior Art) In order to manufacture tiles that look like marble, the procedure of glazeing a tile raw material (before firing) by buttoning is repeated multiple times for those with different colors of glaze, and firing is performed. It was a thing. That is, since the glazes of different colors are laminated in multiple layers with respect to the tile green body, when the glazes melted out in the subsequent firing process, the glazes reacted with each other in a certain part. It became a mixed color, and in some other part, a glaze of each glaze appeared, forming a flow pattern in which a plurality of colors were mixed, and this had a marble-like appearance as a whole.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The conventional marble tile has the following drawbacks. That is, since various kinds of gases were dissolved in the glaze from the beginning, it was easy for these to be ejected at the time of firing to generate pinholes, burrs and the like on the pattern surface of the tile. Moreover, since the glaze is applied multiple times, it is easy for air to be trapped between the glaze layers, and a relatively large depression is generated on the pattern surface of the tile by firing. There were things. In order to prevent these problems, the glaze coating thickness had to be made considerably thick, but therefore the glaze work was troublesome and the time required for it was prolonged. In addition, the glaze of each color is easy to unidirectional flow during firing,
There were few variations as a marble-like pattern.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is possible to prevent the generation of pinholes, bumps, and relatively large dents, and to enrich the variations of patterning (not limited to marble tone). It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing a decorative tile (hereinafter, referred to as a method of the present invention) capable of performing the above.

"Structure of the Invention" (Means for Solving the Problems) The gist of the method of the present invention is that a tile forming clay is mixed with a binder liquid and a pigment to form a slurry-like decoration raw material liquid in a plurality of colors. Preparation, injecting at least two colors of decorative raw material liquid into a container to make a mixed state in which each color remains, and then floating a water-absorbing sheet material on the liquid surface in the container for decorative material After adsorbing the liquid and waiting for the decoration raw material liquid of the sheet material to be in an appropriate dry state, the sheet material is loaded into the molding concave portion of the dry press machine and also the tile molding clay is filled. The point is that the sheet material is pressed, and thereafter, the sheet material is baked from the obtained tile raw material with or without peeling.

(Function) Unlike a glaze which is colored by firing, the decorative raw material liquid is colored by the pigment itself which is one of its compositions. Therefore, even after undergoing firing,
The probability of pinholes and burrs is extremely low. Further, since the decoration raw material liquid is not laminated in a plurality of layers, no large dent is generated.

By the way, the raw material liquid for decoration is in the form of a slurry.
Since the different colors are poured into one container and mixed, the mixed appearance is natural (non-geometric) like Suminagashi, and it also draws a fantastic figure. Has become. Therefore, if this is adsorbed on the sheet material and loaded into the forming recess of the dry press machine and pressed together with the kneading clay for tile forming, the resulting tile green body retains its natural fantasy shape. It will be transcribed. Therefore, after firing it, a very aesthetic decorative tile is obtained. Since the endless development can be expected to change the color selection of the decorative raw material liquid, the number of used liquids, and the mixing status, the variation of the obtained decorative tiles similarly expands infinitely.

FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram drawn so that the procedure of the method of the present invention can be easily understood. First, as shown in the upper right part of the figure, a binder liquid 3 is prepared by dissolving starch paste 1 and the like with water 2. Then, the clay 4 having the same quality as that used for tile formation is mixed with the pigment 4 having an appropriate coloring and the binder liquid 3 prepared as described above to produce the decorative raw material liquid 6. The decorative raw material liquid 6 has a viscosity of 20.
It is necessary to make it into a slurry (slurry) of about 00 centipoise. However, if the viscosity is too low, impregnation becomes insufficient at the time of impregnation into the sheet material 8 to be described later, and conversely, if the viscosity is too high, impregnation may not be possible, so caution is required. Further, as the decoration raw material liquid 6, a plurality (6A, 6B) of different coloring materials of the pigment 4 are prepared.

Next, the decoration raw material liquids 6A and 6B of the respective colors (at least two colors) are poured into one container 7 in appropriate amounts. After the injection, the container 7 is rotated or shaken, the decorative raw material liquids 6A, 6B in the container 7 are directly and lightly stirred, and the liquid surface is made to swell by blowing compressed air. The mixed state is such that each color still remains. For example, assume that a large amount of white is used as the decorative raw material liquid 6A and a small amount of red is used as the decorative raw material liquid 6B.
In this case, both colors may be mixed to form a pink area in a part of the container 7, but if the entire area of the container 7 is dyed in pink, it cannot be a pattern. Therefore, in the container 7, a region where white or red (only one of them may be left) remains as it is on the liquid surface is required. That is, the state is such that a red or pink striped pattern or spiral pattern is formed on a white background, or a white or red striped pattern or spiral pattern is formed on a pink background.

When the work up to this point is finished, a sheet material 8 such as woven cloth, non-woven cloth, paper or the like having water absorbency is floated on the liquid surface in the container 7. As a result, the decorative raw material liquid (6
A, 6B) will be absorbed and impregnated into the sheet material 8. It suffices if a deposit thickness of about 1 mm is formed on the surface of the sheet material 8, so at this point the sheet material 8 is taken out of the container 7 and dried. Dry state is a clay for tile formation 5
The water content (usually around 4%) required for After the decoration raw material liquid of the sheet material 8 is dried, the sheet material 8 is loaded into the molding recess 10 of the dry press machine 9. In addition, into the molding concave portion 10, the clay 5 for tile molding is formed.
Also fill together. These sheet material 8 and kneaded clay 5 are
It does not matter which is positioned as the upper layer or the lower layer in the molding recess 10, but it seems that positioning the sheet material 8 as the upper layer is advantageous in terms of workability. In addition,
Needless to say, the sheet material 8 is always oriented so that the adsorbed decorative raw material (liquid) comes into surface contact with the kneaded clay 5. Pressing in this state, the obtained tile green body (not shown) is fired. The tile raw material is in a state in which the sheet material 8 is attached to the side which becomes the pattern surface layer, but this may be peeled off before firing.
You may make it burn off by baking.

(Examination of Another Mode) In the sheet material 8, the outer size of the sheet material 8 may be smaller than the planar size of the decorative tile to be obtained, and the outer shape may be an arbitrary shape such as a circle or a star. In this case, since the tile forming clay 5 is filled into the outer peripheral portion of the sheet material 8 by pressing,
As shown in the figure, the decorative tile as a whole has an inlaid appearance. In addition, in such an embodiment, not only when the outer shape of the sheet material 8 is deformed, but also by masking the large sheet material 8 appropriately, the adsorbable region for the decorative raw material liquid is specified. Is what you can do. As described above, the detailed configuration of the method of the present invention can be appropriately changed according to the embodiment.

"Effects of the Invention" As is apparent from the above description, the method for manufacturing a decorative tile according to the present invention is extremely easy to manufacture, and pinholes, burrs, dents, etc. do not occur. Further, the pattern obtained by mixing the decorative raw material liquids of different colors with each other is a natural fantasy striped pattern or spiral pattern, which gives a more marble-like feel. Moreover, since it is possible to expect infinite development in changing the color selection of the decorative raw material liquid, the number of uses, and the mixing status, the pattern variations of the obtained decorative tiles can be expanded infinitely.
It has a number of excellent advantages.
