2. Description of the Related Art A hot metal truck (torpedo car) is used to receive hot metal tapped in a blast furnace, convey the hot metal to a converter factory, and supply the hot metal to the converter. When the hot metal tapped from the above blast furnace is received by the hot metal mixer, it varies depending on the specifications of the blast furnace, but since it is usually received at a head of 4 to 6 m, the lining of the hot metal car, especially the hot water Since the lining of the part is damaged by the drop impact and the thermal impact of the hot metal flow in the early stage of the pig iron reception, the life of the entire refractory lining was shortened.

As shown in FIG. 2, the lining of a towed car is usually a permanent lining 1 and a wear lining 2.
Has been built from refractory bricks, and in recent years, the idea of molding wear linings with amorphous refractory has been proposed.
In order to extend the life of the hot water contact part lining where the lining damage of such a tow car is severe, or to synchronize the damage rate with other parts almost completely, for example, a refractory brick with excellent corrosion resistance is arranged in the part. In order to form a thick lining layer by using a block 3 of Al 2 O 3 quality hot water, which emphasizes corrosion resistance, see, for example, JP-A-55-0.
It is known as No. 14811.

However, in the method of arranging a large precast block in which the corrosion resistance is important in the hot water contact portion, the cost of the block is high and cracking occurs due to spalling in the early stage of pig iron reception. It is easy to be damaged and is damaged more than melting loss. For example, the thickness is 250 to 300 mm, the cross-sectional dimension is 0.6 to 1.5 m × 0.6.
Since a large precast block of ~ 1.5 m has a heavy weight of about 500 to 1200 kg, the unit weight is 100 to 170 times the unit weight of the refractory brick used for lining other parts, which makes the construction considerably complicated.

Further, since the lining of a hot metal truck, for example, the slag line portion and the like are damaged in proportion to the number of times of pig iron and transportation, it is necessary to repair the lining at every predetermined period, and the wear lining is constructed of refractory bricks. In particular, in order to replace the refractory bricks in the severely damaged area, the inside of the hot metal car is cooled and cold repaired. When repairing the lining of a towed car, the towed car is often rotated and sometimes turned upside down, especially for the crushing of refractory bricks or the discharging work of crushed bricks in severely damaged areas. The refractory bricks in the lining layer are shrunk and the seri force is reduced, so that there is a problem that the precast block having a large unit weight falls off when the torch is rotated.

According to the present invention, a box-shaped frame body is formed of a refractory brick so as to project from the wear lining surface in a range corresponding to the hot water contact portion of the hot metal of the mixed piggy car, and the expanded frame body is expanded and expanded. Since the irregular refractory with the adjusted shrinkage is filled, the irregular refractory surrounded by the box-shaped frame receives compressive stress due to the thermal expansion of the refractory bricks of the surrounding frame and its own, and the porosity decreases. And high strength. Further, since it is an amorphous refractory, it has creep characteristics at high temperatures, and it gradually melts without causing peeling cracks due to spalling like refractory bricks, thus extending the life.

Further, when the lining is repaired, the seriating force between the refractory bricks is reduced by cooling the lining layer, but since the irregular refractory having a controlled shrinkage amount is filled, the irregular refractory filled layer of the irregular refractory is filled. Due to the residual expansion characteristics, the seri force is exerted, and it is possible to prevent the lining of the hot water contact part and its periphery from falling off due to the rotation of the towed wheel.

Further, according to the present invention, since the box-shaped frame is made of refractory bricks having a wall thickness of 100 mm to 250 mm, it is possible to sufficiently support the expansive force of the amorphous refractory. Moreover, since the filling depth of the amorphous refractory is configured to be 100 to 150 mm, the moisture in the amorphous refractory can be sufficiently removed to the deep portion by the drying temperature rise after the construction, and the pig iron received during the drying or insufficient drying can be received. Explosion due to water vapor generated from the moisture in the amorphous refractory at the time of temperature rise is eliminated.

Further, according to the present invention, since the filling surface area of the irregular refractory material to be filled in the box-shaped frame body is set to 0.6 to 1.5 m 2 , the relative position of the tapping gutter (tilting gutter) and the mixed piggy wheel When the hot metal is received in the combined state, there is turbulence in the hot metal drop flow due to sloping of the tap hole of the hot metal gutter, or fluctuations in the hot metal drop position due to an error in the tilting gutter tilting operation, etc. Also, the hot water can be received at the part.

The present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a side view and a plan view of a lining structure of a hot water contact part according to the construction method of the present invention. Wear lining 2 after building permanent lining 1 for towed cars
At the time of building, the box-shaped frame body 5 is formed by using the long bricks 4 in the hot water contacting portion. The frame 5 has a circular shape,
Various shapes such as ellipse are conceivable, but in terms of easiness of brick construction and the effect of developing auctioning force when expanding and contracting, a square shape,
That is, a box shape is suitable.

It is well known that the physical properties of the constituents of the refractory material, such as the refractory temperature, the expansion coefficient and the contraction coefficient, are different. The amorphous refractory to be filled in the box-shaped frame body 5 has excellent corrosion resistance, but an amorphous refractory having a controlled expansion / contraction amount is used. In particular, an amorphous refractory material whose composition is adjusted so that it has a composition that exhibits residual expansion when cooled is used. Monolithic refractory in particular to produce a spinel in combination with alumina and magnesia, for example, Al 2 0 3: 45~9
0% by weight, SiO 2 : 3 to 20% by weight, MgO: 5 to 2
A material blended at 0% by weight is desirable.

As a binder to be added to the above-mentioned amorphous refractory material, a phenol resin having a relatively large amount of residual carbon after firing is suitable. Further, in order to improve the corrosion resistance and the oxidation resistance, a metal powder such as Al, Si and Mg, a glass substance or the like can be added, and the generated metal oxide also functions as the spinel generation source.

The refractory brick 4 constituting the box-shaped frame 5 is preferably a brick having excellent corrosion resistance, for example, Al 2
0 3 : 70 to 90% by weight, SiC: 5 to 15% by weight,
C: 5 to 25% by weight can be used. The wall thickness of the box-shaped frame body 5 is 100 mm to 250 mm. As shown, one brick or a combination of bricks secures the required thickness. If the wall thickness of the frame body 5 is less than 100 mm, it may not be possible to cope with the expansion of the filled indeterminate refractory material 6, and the brick 4 may be cracked at the portion protruding from the wear lining 2. On the contrary, if it exceeds 250 mm, the unit weight of the brick 4 becomes large, the construction becomes complicated, and the cost becomes high.

The height at which the box-shaped frame 5 is projected from the wear lining layer 2, that is, the depth of the amorphous refractory material filled in the box-shaped frame 5 is 100 to 150 mm. If it is less than 100 mm, the thickness of the irregular refractory is too thin,
It is difficult to synchronize with the life of other parts. On the other hand, if the thickness exceeds 150 mm, not only does it take time to dry the amorphous refractory packed bed, but also the steam generated from the deep part of the irregular refractory packed bed causes cracks in the amorphous refractory layer on the surface layer. In some cases, the surface layer part is peeled off, resulting in a thin construction wall.

The filling surface area of the irregular refractory material to be filled in the box-shaped frame 5 is 0.6 to 1.5 m 2 . If it is less than 0.6 m 2 , not only will it not be received when the drop point of the hot metal flow fluctuates, but the compressive stress of the irregular refractory cannot be absorbed by the irregular refractory itself, and it will buckle and prolong the service life. I can't plan. On the other hand, if it exceeds 1.5 m 2 , the area becomes unnecessary, a large amount of bricks constituting the box-shaped frame body 5 is required, and the cost becomes high.

Example 1 As shown in FIG. 1, a fireproof brick of Al 2 O 3 : 75% by weight, SiC: 10% by weight, and C: 15% by weight was used in a box shape in the hot water contact part of a hot metal mixer having a capacity of 250 tons of hot metal. Forming a frame, Al 2 O 3 : 77% by weight, SiO 2 : 15% by weight,
An irregular shaped refractory mixed with MgO: 8% by weight was filled and constructed. When the conventional large precast block shown in FIG. 2 was arranged, the permanent lining 1 was exposed at about 60 CH, but the lining of the hot water contact portion constituted by the construction method of the present invention showed a life of 100 CH.

Example 2 The same mixed piggy car as in Example 1 was subjected to the lining construction shown in FIG. 1 according to the specifications shown in Table 1. The comparative example shows the case where the materials of the refractory materials used were the same, the wall thickness of the box-shaped frame was thin, and the filling surface area of the irregular refractory material was small. As a test method, a normal hot metal truck was operated, and a comparison was made by the number of charges until the bricks of the permanen lining 1 on the back surface were exposed because the hot water contact part was melted. Table 2 shows the chemical composition of the refractories used.

[Table 2] As a result of the test, the hot water contact part by the construction method of the present invention was 100 before the brick of the permanen lining layer was exposed.
Although CH operation was possible, in Comparative Example 1 where the wall thickness of the brick is thin,
At the protruding part of the brick, there was a breakage of the brick 4 which was considered to be due to the expansion stress of the irregular refractory, and at 30 CH, the irregular refractory disappeared and the brick of permanent lining on the back surface was exposed. In Comparative Example 2 in which the area of the box was small, the brick of permanent lining was exposed at 50CH. In addition, although peeling and missing of the brick 4 which was considered to be spalling was observed,
The main cause seems to be buckling because the amorphous refractory itself cannot absorb the compressive stress of the irregular refractory.
