Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a cleaning agent composed of a granular synthetic resin composition containing fine collagen-containing substance, producible at a low cost, having excellent durability and capable of effectively cleaning a playing medium in use without damaging the medium and, accordingly, useful for the automatic cleaning of the pachinko balls. CONSTITUTION:This cleaning agent is composed of a granular synthetic resin composition compounded with 20-50wt.% (based on the total weight of the synthetic resin) of a fine collagen-containing substance. The synthetic resin to be compounded with the collagen substance is preferably polyolefin resin such as polyethylene. The cleaning agent may be incorporated with an inorganic filler, a plasticizer, etc., as necessary. The inorganic filler is preferably fine powder having an abrasive action and a Mohs hardness of 5-9 and its amount is preferably 0.5-1.5wt.% based on the total synthetic resin.

2. Description of the Related Art Game media such as pachinko balls and exchange medals have a phenomenon in which, as they are used, hand dust, dust, or cigarette ash or fat adheres to them, or rust occurs and gradually deteriorates. . Conventionally, in order to clean such a dirty game medium, a method of putting it in a cleaning liquid to clean and dry it, or mixing it with a leather or cloth piece containing a cleaning component to clean it has been adopted.

However, recently, with the automatic systemization and labor saving of gaming machines, the game medium has been converted into a mechanism that is closed cycled in the system, and the cleaning means is also incorporated in the system for purification. There is a need for a dry cleaning system that automatically treats as it passes through the equipment.

However, among the above-mentioned conventional techniques, the detergent containing short glass fibers as an abrasive has the short glass fibers liberated as it is used and adheres to the game medium and comes into contact with the skin. There is a risk of polluting the environment inside the game hall. In addition, a detergent containing a synthetic resin as a main ingredient is required to have an antistatic function so as to prevent dust from recontaminating and to have an appropriate hardness in order to enhance the cleaning effect.

[0006] In this respect, 6-nylon resin is an excellent material for a cleaning agent for game media because it has appropriate water absorption and tackiness, but the glossiness of the game media after purification is insufficient. Besides, there is a drawback that the material cost becomes high.
Therefore, there is a demand for the development of an industrially advantageous material that has a high cleaning function in place of 6-nylon.

As a result of intensive studies conducted by the present inventors on a cleaning agent for game media satisfying the above requirements, synthetic resin particles containing short collagen fibers have an excellent cleaning action equivalent to or better than that of 6-nylon. It was confirmed that the above results were exhibited, and the present invention was completed.

In the present invention, the fine collagen-containing substance is a substance obtained by miniaturizing collagen having a fiber structure which is a constituent of natural leather, and is a main component composed of various proteins. In addition to the collagen of the above, it refers to those containing polysaccharides, lipids and the like. The collagen-containing substance is preferably as fine as possible in order to form a uniform mixed composition with the synthetic resin component. For example, for industrial reasons, the collagen-containing substance is ultrafinely divided into micron units. A synthetic resin and a shell that is a by-product when processing tanned leather.
Bing leather scraps may be pulverized to a desired size.

The amount of the collagen-containing substance mixed with the synthetic resin varies depending on their physical properties and the type of game medium, but in many cases, it is in the range of 10 to 70% by weight, preferably the total weight of the synthetic resin. It is 20 to 50% by weight. If the blending amount is less than 10% by weight, the water-holding property and flexibility of the collagen-containing substance will be insufficient, and it will not be possible to impart appropriate hardness and antistatic properties to the synthetic resin, so that the cleanability of the game medium will be reduced. On the other hand, if it exceeds 70% by weight, the durability as a detergent is insufficient and the inconvenient result of releasing collagen fiber is brought about.

As the inorganic filler, fine powder having a Mohs hardness of 5 or more, preferably 5 to 9 is used. Examples of this type of inorganic substance include chromium oxide, alumina, dicalcium phosphate, silica, aluminosilicate, aluminum silicate, calcium silicate, barium sulfate, and the like, but are not limited to these substances. It is not something that will be done. When the inorganic filler is compounded, the amount ratio is set to 5% by weight or less, preferably 0.5 to 1.5% by weight, based on the total weight of the synthetic resin. If the blending amount exceeds 5% by weight, the result is that the game medium is abraded and worn.

The above-mentioned fine collagen-containing substance, synthetic resin and additives to be blended if necessary are sufficiently kneaded while heating with an appropriate kneading machine to form a uniform composition, and then a molding machine is used. In the case of a shape corresponding to the type of game medium, for example, a pachinko ball, it is molded into a granule having a diameter smaller than that of the pachinko ball to make a cleaning agent. At this time, it is preferable that the granule characteristics have a spherical shape and a particle size distribution so that the pachinko balls can be packed most closely.

The cleaning agent for game media according to the present invention is basically composed of a granular synthetic resin composition comprising a fine collagen-containing substance and a synthetic resin. Among them, the collagen-containing substance is mainly composed of collagen and oil and fat components of the fiber structure, and has appropriate water content and water retention property, so that it effectively removes the dirt and dust attached to the game medium at the use stage. Functions to remove and clean. On the other hand, the synthetic resin containing collagen-containing substance possesses appropriate flexibility and hardness, and further enhances the cleaning action when it comes into contact with the game medium, while preventing electrostatic charging under friction during the cleaning operation. It functions to prevent recontamination of dust. These actions synergize to allow safe and effective cleaning of game media, especially pachinko balls.

As described above, according to the cleaning agent for game media of the present invention, it is possible to effectively clean the contaminated game media in use and to prevent damage. Therefore, it is extremely useful especially for the purpose of automatically cleaning pachinko balls contaminated with hand dust, tobacco ash, and the like. Further, the present invention is economically advantageous because it is not necessary to use an expensive resin material such as 6-nylon and a general-purpose synthetic resin material can be used to exert a cleaning effect equal to or higher than that.
