本考案は、LED素子のリード部をFPC板に形成された小孔に挿入し半田付 けしてLED素子とFPC板に形成された導電パターンとを電気的に接続し、各 種内部機器を収容するケースの裏面に形成されたLED素子挿入孔に前記LED 素子を挿入しつつ、前記FPC板を前記ケースに沿わせて設けるものであって、 LED素子を弾性部材からなるホルダに装着して設け、FPC板の前記小孔近傍 に形成される挿通孔に挿通嵌合してFPC板とホルダとを位置決め固定する脚部 を前記ホルダの基部裏面から一体に垂下形成し、かつ前記LED素子挿入孔近傍 である前記ケース裏面に前記挿通孔に対応して形成される突起を挿入してケース とFPC板に固定されたLED素子を装着したホルダとを組付ける、前記基部の 表面から前記突起部の先端を抜ける前記突起の径寸法と略同じか、または若干小 さい径寸法を有した中空部を穿設したことにより、ホルダはLED素子を安定し て保持するとともに、ホルダの基部裏面から垂下形成した突起部をFPC板に形 成した挿通孔に挿通して位置決め固定をしているため、LED素子に外力が加わ ったとしても、この外力が全てLED素子とFPC板とを接続する半田付け箇所 に負荷としてかかることはなく、ホルダを介して突起部にも負荷がかかるため半 田付け箇所にかかる負荷を軽減できるので、FPC板のリード部の半田付け箇所 が損傷して接続不良が起こったり、FPC板からリード部が外れてしまう等の問 題を著しく解消できるLED素子のホルダ構造を提供することができる。 また、中空部にケースの裏面に設けた突起を挿入することにより、挿入後、前 記突起部は外方向に向けて押力が加わり、この押力がFPC板に伝わるのでFP C板の挿通孔が突起から外れてしまうといった虞れもなくFPC板はケースに良 好に配設維持される。 よって、所期の目的は十分達成される。 According to the present invention, the lead portion of the LED element is inserted into a small hole formed in the FPC board and soldered to electrically connect the LED element and the conductive pattern formed on the FPC board to accommodate various kinds of internal devices.
