Each part will be described (1) Abrasive cloth roller As shown in FIGS. 1 to 8, a soft rubber lining 2 is applied to the surface of a cylindrical roller 1, and a strip-shaped abrasive cloth 3 is spirally wound around the surface of a terminal 4 Is adhered to the surface of the rubber lining 2, or is mechanically pressure-bonded or adhered to the cylindrical roller 1 as follows.
Is provided to gradually reduce the lining thickness, and the end 4 of the strip-shaped polishing cloth 3 wound in a spiral shape is pressure-bonded with one end of the pressing metal 5. The push metal 5 is fastened to the cylindrical roller 1 with a screw 6. Further, it goes without saying that the polishing cloth end 4 can be punched and directly attached to the cylindrical roller with a screw. In this way, the polishing cloth roller is constructed. (2) Operating Mechanism of Polishing Cloth Roller As shown in FIGS.
A driven gear 16 is fixedly attached to and meshes with the intermediate gear 15. The lower polishing cloth roller 11 fixes the driven gear 14 and meshes with the drive gear 13. The drive gear 13 also meshes with the intermediate gear 15 and also with the motor pinion 37. With such a gear mechanism, the motor 1
When the motor pinion 37 rotates in the direction of the arrow due to the operation of No. 2, the other gears rotate as shown by the arrows attached to them. If the gears 14 and 16 have the same number of teeth, the upper polishing cloth roller 10 and the lower polishing cloth roller 11 perform synchronous operation at the same speed. The intermediate gear 15 is attached to the shaft 20 via bearings, and both ends of the shaft 20 are rotatably supported and armpieces 21 and 22 fixed to the shaft 20.
Then, the shaft of the upper polishing cloth roller 10 is supported by a bearing so as to rotate, and a bar rod 26 is attached to the arm 21 via a trunnion 23, and a lower part thereof is supported by a bearing 24. A handle 25 is attached to the top of the rod 26 to adjust the gap G between the upper polishing cloth roller 10 and the lower polishing cloth roller 11 and the pressing force.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention comprises a polishing cloth roller, a mechanism for operating the same, and an iron plate feeding device attached thereto. Each part will be described (1) Abrasive cloth roller As shown in FIGS. 1 to 8, a soft rubber lining 2 is applied to the surface of a cylindrical roller 1, and a strip-shaped abrasive cloth 3 is applied to the surface thereof.
The spiral winding end 4 is adhered to the surface of the rubber lining 2 or mechanically pressed or adhered to the cylindrical roller 1 as follows. That is, the lining thickness is reduced by providing inclined portions 7 on both sides of the rubber lining 2, and the end 4 of the spirally wound strip-shaped polishing cloth 3 is pressure-bonded with one end of the presser metal 5.
The press metal 5 is fastened to the cylindrical roller 1 with a screw 6.
Then, the shaft of the upper polishing cloth roller 10 is supported by a bare rig so as to rotate, and the arm rod 21 is attached with a rod rod 26 through a trunnion 23, and the lower portion thereof is supported by a bearing 24. A handle 25 is attached to the top of the rod 26 to adjust the gap G between the upper polishing cloth roller 10 and the lower polishing cloth roller 11 and the pressing force. The gap G can be opened when inserting the iron plate 8, and the amount of pressing can be adjusted during polishing to adjust the amount of polishing. In this driving mechanism,
As an alternative, the intermediate gear 15 is eliminated and the driven gear 16
The driven gear 14 can also be directly meshed. This time is luck
The center distance between both gears during rotation is such that the upper polishing cloth roller 10
Since it depends on the applied force, fluctuations in the center distance are allowed for gear operation.
The range is acceptable. Adjustment device for this roller gap G

Rod 32, chain wheel 28, thigh 29, roller chain
The structure of the handle 30, the handle 31, etc. is the same as in FIG.
It can also be used as a device for adjusting the roller gap G. Also, when replacing the strip-shaped polishing cloth 3, leave a gap G and go. (3) Iron plate feeding device In FIGS. 9 and 15 to 17, bearings 35 are attached to both ends of the lower feeding roller 18, and bearings 34 are attached to both ends of the upper feeding roller 17, respectively.
4, 35 are inserted in the vertical frame 38, and the bearing 34 is slidable up and down. Also, bearings 34 and 35
A spring 36 having a strength sufficient to lift the upper feed roller 17 when the pressing force does not work is provided between them. The bearing 34 can be held by the rod 32 through the spring 33 which is stronger than the spring 36. The rod rods 32 are provided on the vertical frames 38 on both sides, and the chain wheels 28 and 29 are fixedly connected to each other by the roller chain 30, and the handle rods 31 are attached to one rod rod 32 so that the rod rods 32 operate simultaneously. . A low speed motor 19 is connected to one shaft of the lower feed roller 18 to feed the iron plate 8. Of course, this may be a manual type. The pressing force of the upper feed roller 17 is such that a frictional force sufficiently larger than the force of pulling the iron plate 8 by the rotation of the upper and lower polishing cloth rollers 10 and 11 is generated. The above (1), (2), and (3) are arranged on the common floor 27 to be integrated.
