浄槽と、この洗浄槽に着脱自在に装着される蓋体とを有
する超音波洗浄機において、 前記蓋体を前記洗浄槽の側壁に着脱自在に係合せしめる
係合手段がこの蓋体の裏面に係合されたことを特徴とす
る超音波洗浄機。 【請求項2】 請求項1において、 前記係合手段は、前記蓋体の二つの長辺のそれぞれの近
傍において各長辺に平行にかつ離散的又は連続的に形成
されたL字状の鉤片であることを特徴とする超音波洗浄
機。 【請求項3】 請求項2において、 前記L字状の鉤片は、それぞれの遠端部分が前記洗浄槽
の側壁の幅に等しい間隔を保って配列されることによ
り、前記蓋体を前記洗浄槽の上端開放部に嵌合するため
の嵌合手段を兼ねたことを特徴とする超音波洗浄機。 【請求項4 】 請求項2において、 前記L字状の鉤片のそれぞれには、前記洗浄槽の短辺側
の側壁の幅にほぼ等しい間隔を保って形成された切欠溝

浄槽の側壁の外側面に取り付けられた面ファスナの他方
の係着片と剥離可能に係着されることを特徴とする超音
波洗浄機。 【請求項7】 請求項1において、 前記洗浄槽は磁性体からなり、前記係合手段は永久磁石

Claim: What is claimed is: 1.
