Abstract

PURPOSE:To impart sufficient waterproofness, in stitching waterproof shoe materials cut into a predetermined shape, by filling the gap between the shoe materials laminated at a joint part with a hot-melt resin material to stitch the joint part and bonding the stitched part by the hot-melt resin material. CONSTITUTION:As a shoe material for waterproof shoes, artificial leather wherein a waterproof resin film is formed on one surface of a fabric 10 of which the other surface is raised obtained by raising pile cloth or tricot or natural leather is used. When the artificial leather 1 is used, the raised surface develops design effect and water repelling function and a leather main body having a porous film as a waterproof film can develop sufficient waterproofness. After stitching, a laminated interface can be perfectly filled and integrated by melting. When a polyamide hot-melt resin tape is used as the hot-melt resin 2, the matching of the edge with the leather 1 is easy because of the shape of the tape and the appearance of shoes is not damaged by the melting treatment of the hot-melt resin tape.

In the conventional waterproofing means as described above, if latex is applied to the outer surface of the sutured portion, the appearance of the shoe is impaired, and the inner surface is coated with resin or waterproofed. If a tape is applied, not only will the wearing comfort be poor, but also the waterproof performance and its durability will be insufficient. Further, even if a water-repellent treatment is applied to the seam portion and the suture thread of the leather, the waterproof property of the suture portion is considerably lower than that of the leather body.

The inventors of the present invention, in particular, when sticking a waterproof tape or applying an adhesive resin, are waterproof due to fine irregularities on the fiber base cloth surface of the waterproof shoe material or the surface of natural leather. It was clarified that the tape and the adhesive resin are not sufficiently adhered, and water penetrates into the space to reduce the waterproof property. As a result of further study by the present inventors, the space in which the waterproof shoe material and the natural leather are laminated in the stitched portion is sufficiently filled with the heat-meltable resin and sewn, and then the heat-meltable resin is melted. It was found that the waterproof property can be secured. The present invention aims to improve or eliminate the problems of the prior art based on the above research.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention provides a waterproof artificial leather or a natural leather composed of a fiber base cloth 10 and a resin film 11, which is cut into a predetermined shape as shown in FIG. When manufacturing waterproof shoes by stitching, stitching is performed with the heat-meltable resin tape sandwiched between the leather laminated at the seam, and then the heat-meltable resin tape is melted by heat treatment and stitched. The leather and the sewing thread of the part are integrally joined with resin. Therefore, in the seam portion, the polymerized interfaces of the leathers on both sides are bonded and integrated with the sewing thread by the molten resin, and the seam portion exhibits remarkably excellent waterproofness.

Further, as a shoe material for waterproof shoes, if artificial leather having a waterproof resin film formed on the other side of a cloth having raised hair on one side raised from pile fabric or tricot is used, It has a water-repellent function as well as a design effect. Therefore, even if a breathable porous film is used as the waterproof film, the leather body can exhibit sufficient waterproof property. Even in the sewn portion having the napped surface as an interface, the laminated interface of the sewn portion can be completely filled and integrated by melting the heat-fusible resin, and sufficient waterproofness can be imparted to the sewn portion.

In the present invention, the term "sewn" refers to a general sewing type of shoes, and in these sewing types, a heat-melting property is obtained between waterproof shoe material and natural leather in which the stitched portions are laminated. After the resin is filled and sewn, the thermofusible resin is melted, so that the sewn portion can have significantly excellent waterproofness. Moreover, the space between the waterproof shoe material and the natural leather laminated in the sewn portion refers to a gap and a seam portion which serve as a passage for water from which water enters from the outside.

The heat-fusible resin used in the present invention includes polyamide type, polyester type, polyethylene type,
A low melting point synthetic resin adhesive such as polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate or acrylic can be used. From the viewpoint of adhesiveness, durability, handleability, softening of texture, and the like, polyamide-based materials are preferable. Further, the form thereof is not particularly limited as long as it is a form in which it is easy to fill and sew between the waterproof shoe material or the natural leather laminated at the seam, but the heat-meltable resin form is a film form or a spun bond. A tape-like material such as a shape, so-called "web-like" is suitable. The weight of the tape-like material is 100-500g
/ M 2 is preferable, and if it is 100 g / m 2 or less, it is not possible to sufficiently fill the gaps and seams between the waterproof shoe materials. When the basis weight is 500 g / m 2 or more, the melting condition becomes severe, and not only the product quality becomes poor due to the long heating time, but also the texture becomes hard due to a large amount of the solidified resin. 5 to 20 mm width suitable for tape
Suitable width is 10 to 15 mm
It is of width. If the width is less than 5 mm, it is insufficient to make up for the filling part sufficiently.

In particular, unlike the conventional sealing tape in which the adhesive resin is attached to one side of the cloth, the heat-fusible resin of the present invention contributes to adhesion by the entire resin used and is suitable for the laminated edge of the leather. If it is matched with the above, it is characterized in that it is included in the waterproof shoe material laminated at the seam portion and externally gives the seam portion similar to a normal stitched state to the front side and the back side. As a method of melting the heat-meltable resin, an iron, a press, a trowel, a hot-pressing apparatus used for ordinary sewing such as a roller hot air melting apparatus can be used, and the method is not particularly limited.

In the present invention, it is preferable to use in combination with a conventional sealing tape or to make the sutured portion water repellent in order to impart higher waterproofness. Further, it is more preferable that the other seams and the design are subjected to the waterproof property improving treatment. For example, as the sealing tape, it is preferable to use a hot-melt adhesive type sealing tape which can be adhered at a low temperature in combination. The type of tape base material, adhesive, etc. is not particularly limited, but a material that keeps the texture of the stitched portion soft and has good adhesiveness and good durability against changes in temperature and humidity environment is suitable.

Water repellent treatment of the sutured portion is carried out by applying a water repellent such as fluorine or silicon by dip-nip method, spray method, brush coating method, or heat-melting resin. A method of impregnating a water repellent agent is also applicable, and the method is not particularly limited. In addition, the design of waterproof shoes is not a structure in which the tongue part is separated, but a box-shaped shoe tongue structure that is integrated with the shoe body up to the upper part of the shoe. By doing so, it is possible to further secure waterproofness.

In the sewn portion of the waterproof shoe material 1, since the heat-melting resin melts between the sutured leathers to integrally bond the front and back leathers and the sewing thread, there is a gap at the laminated interface of the sewn portion. Is not present at all, and therefore the sutured portion can be provided with sufficient waterproofness. Further, since the heat-melting resin material is sandwiched and sewn and then melted, even if the interface of the leather is an uneven surface or a napped surface, complete welding integration is possible.
