して連結し、さらに可動板には前記制動子を車輪に向け
て押圧方向に付勢させるコイルスプリングを用いたもの
で、制動子はコイルスプリングにより停止中は常に車輪
を押圧制動し、移動時には何れか一方の接続筒に押着し
たハンドル杆を押すことで制動は解除され、台車は押さ
れて移動するもので、台車の前後に制動子を備えた可動
板に連結させた接続筒を設けたハンドル杆を介して何れ
か一方を押すことで制動子の制動動作は解除でき、しか
も台車は方向を変えずその状態のままで往復できるので
