Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the upgrading of cleaning action with efficient functioning in cleaning when a pollution source air requiring normal cleaning is limited by arranging an air guide cover so that a part of air cleaned with a filter and an ozone generator is taken into a purifier again. CONSTITUTION:A rotary device 3 is mounted on a ceiling part of a casing body 1 to drive an air guide cover 6 while a filter 7 is combined in a passage B1-5 to remove dust previously from the air supplied to an ozone generator 4 mounted internally. The air guide cover 6 is fastened on an end port of an output shaft 3-1 of the rotary device 3. The air guide cover 6 is arranged to cover a passage A1-4 at an upper part of a casing body and driven to rotate with the rotary device 3 to cause a circulation of the air from the intake of the room air into an air cleaner to the discharge from inside while a blade 6-1 inclined axially is formed on an internal wall to guide the air discharged from the passage A1-4 to the vicinity of the passage B1-5 below.

される室内空気の取り込み口である流路B1ー5が夫々
形成されている。そして該筐体1の天井部1ー1にはエ
アガイドカバー6を駆動する回転機3が装着されると共
に、流路B1ー5には内装するオゾン発生装置4に供給
する空気から予め塵埃を除去する為にフィルター7が併
設されている。又、前記筐体内部には前記回転機3やオ
ゾン発生装置4と共にこれらを作動制御する電源や制御
装置等5も配置されている。

転機3の出力軸3ー1とエアガイドカバー6との固着保
持の信頼性確保とメンテナンスの際の着脱容易化手段と
して両者嵌合部を非円形形状とし前記出力軸端部にネジ
加工を行いナット10での締め付け固着も良い。

置4との浄化装置を通過し浄化度合いが高まることにな
