鉄部鉄心とから成る固定子において、前記絶縁性材料は
前記歯部鉄心の内周縁部で相隣接する歯を径方向に一体
化するとともに、スロット側面と、歯部鉄心の表面およ
びこれと一体で回転子軸方向に突出したコイルガイドリ
ブAと前記歯部鉄心内周よりも内径側へ張り出した位置
に設けたリング状の立ち上げ部Aと、立ち上げ部Aと一
体のコイル端末処理用の端子台部と、歯部鉄心の裏面お
よびこれと一体で回転子軸方向に沿出したコイルガイド
リブBと歯部鉄心内周縁部から更に内径斜め方向へ沿出
した立ち上げ部Bとを一体で設け、前記立ち上げ部Bの
根元部はヒンジ構造であり可動機能を有し、コイルの直
巻巻装終了後前記立ち上げ部Bおよび巻装したコイルを
歯部鉄心外周方向へ拡張する工程を有する電動機固定子
の製造方法。
