ストッパ部を形成したことを特徴とする。

により固定し、これを第3図に示す如く、前記バルクヘ
ツドアツパフレーム(2a)の上面に開設した左右1対の
各透孔(2b)から挿入して、該各突起(1a)に該筒部
(5a)を外嵌すると共に、該ブラケツト(4)を該フラ
ンジ(4a)において該フレーム(2a)の上面に各1対の
ボルト(6)(6)によりねじ止めするものとした。

(5b)の該筒部(5a)に対する車巾方向両側の各部分に
該筒部(5a)の中心から略120°の範囲に亘つて開設し
た透孔で構成し、該各透孔の長手方向中央部分に透孔内
に膨出する抜残突部から成るストッパ部(7a)を突設し
て、該各透孔をその長手方向中央部分が両端部に比し巾
狭になるような形状に形成した。更に図示のものでは、
弾性材(5)のフランジ部(5b)の外周縁部(5c)を、
ブラケツト(4)の円筒部(4b)の下端を下方から包み
込むような筒状に形成すると共に、該円筒部(4b)の下
端の周囲の適所、例えば横方向両側部を外方に折曲げ、
その折曲部(4c)(4c)も包み込むようにして該弾性材
(5)と該ブラケツト(4)とを結着し、該両折曲部
