接用フランジとスリーブ2の端面との間が夫々溶接固定
されるものである。従って、スリーブ2の長さはケーブ
ルペネトレーション14の溶接部の相対長さに等しくする
必要がある。

も3つの脚5を有しその中心が前記軸体4に互いに離間
して取付けられると共に、各脚5の先端が前記スリーブ
2の内面に接触する一対の中間部支持体20と、前記軸体
4の前記閉塞面の外側に突出した部分で且つ前記当接体
3からの長さを特定できるように止着されて該スリーブ
2の半径方向に延在したアーム6と、該アーム6の端部
に前記当接体3側に突出して取付けられ先端が前記スリ
ーブ2外面に接触し且つ、前記アーム6からその先端ま
での長さが特定できるように構成されて、切断位置をケ
ガくように位置されたケガキ部7と、を具備することを
特徴とするものである。
