When inputting keyboards such as typewriters, computers and word processors, or digitizers such as CAD and CAM, and mice, the operator works for a long time in a forward leaning posture, so the neck and shoulders that support the forward leaning head Also, the back and the like become tired and easily injured, which is one of the causes of diseases such as stiff shoulder and abnormal cervical spine. However, conventionally, there is no auxiliary tool for supporting the operator's head from the outside during OA work, and effective measures against the above-mentioned syndromes are demanded. On the other hand, there is known a device for fixing the whole face to a fixed position by using it together with a book stand like Japanese Utility Model No. 61-79933, but since the position of the forehead is fixed, the feeling is bad, It has the drawback that it cannot withstand long-term use.

An embodiment of the forehead holding device of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the forehead holding device 1 shown in FIG. 1, a forehead holding body 4 having a forehead resting surface 3 is attached to the tip of an arm-shaped support body 2 whose base end is fixed to an OA desk 10. That is, the supporting body 2 is detachably fixed to the OA desk 10 by providing a mounting tool 5 at the base end that clamps the central shelf plate of the shelf provided above the OA desk 10 by vertically pressing and fixing it. ing. Here, the support body 2 is directly attached to the OA desk without mounting the fixture 5.
It may be configured so as to be integrally provided with 10. The support 2 is made of a rod and extends from the mounting position of the base end to a position corresponding to the operator's forehead position. This support body 2 is provided with a rotation mechanism in combination with the base end fitting 5 so that the support body 2 can rotate around the shaft portion 2A, or the vertical and horizontal angles of the shaft portion 2A can be adjusted. It is attached so that it can be tilted by providing a joint part composed of a tilting mechanism. As a result, the tip end side of the support body 2 is displaced with a desired degree of freedom, so that the support body 2 can be set so as not to be in the visual field of the user. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the support 2 itself may be formed by a flexible rod so as to be freely bent. As a result, the position of the forehead holder 4 that changes depending on the posture of the operator can be adjusted. Further, in the case of FIG. 3, the support 2 of the forehead holding device 1 shows a different structure which is erected from the top plate of the desk 10. In this case, the support body 2 is pivotally attached at a midpoint of the shaft portion 2A to be bent as a joint point, and the base end of the shaft portion is also used as a joint point, and is rotatably connected to the fixture 5. It can be displaced in a desired direction as in the embodiment. The support 2 may have a structure such that the base end is attached to the ceiling or a chair. The forehead holding device 1'shown in FIG. 4 is a reference example showing a case where the mounting portion of the support body 2 is set to the ceiling shown as an example of the wall surface in the room. Not an example because it is not. Here, the case where the mounting location of the support body 2 is set to the ceiling shown as an example of the wall surface in the room is shown, and the base end of the support body 2 is rotatably connected to the ceiling 20. The forehead holding device 1'shown in FIG. 8 is a reference example showing a case where a support is attached to a chair, but is not an embodiment because the support of this invention is not provided with a biasing means. Here, the length adjustment is performed so that the support body 2 has a height adjusting portion capable of expanding and contracting, and the horizontal pipe 22 having a joint portion at the upper end thereof extends and extends and contracts in the middle of the horizontal pipe 22. Parts are provided. A band-shaped forehead holder 4 is connected to the end of the horizontal pipe 22 via a connecting cord 23 made of a pair of rubber cords. Therefore, the connecting cord 23 is urged in the direction opposite to the direction in which the weight from the forehead is applied during use, and can cushion the forehead against the forehead holder 4. With such a configuration, the forehead holder 4 abuts against the forehead from behind the operator and pulls it in the backward direction to support the forehead, so that it is possible to give a pleasant stimulus as if the beelet was tightened. The specific structure of the support body 2 is not particularly limited, such as one having a structure extending in an arm shape and one having a link mechanism. Since the support 2 extends through the hollow portion and supports the forehead holder 4, it is desirable that the support 2 be small, but this is not an essential requirement. Next, the length of the support 2 may be adjustable. For example, although not shown, the length of the support 2 is expanded / contracted by using a telescope-type multi-tube such as a tripod so that the length is appropriately adjusted. The length of the support 2 can be determined by using a structure in which the connection receiving portions are provided in the support 2 having a fixed length at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction and the mounting position of the joint 6 of the forehead holder 4 is changed. The structure may be adjustable. For example, in the embodiment of FIG. 4 described above, the support 2 is composed of a vertical pipe 21 and a horizontal pipe 22. A large number of holes are formed above and below the vertical pipe 21, and the horizontal pipe 22 is provided with one of the above holes. The height can be adjusted by selecting it, inserting it, and fixing it with screws. In the case shown in FIG. 8, a known structure is provided in which a screw for inserting the outer pipe into the inner pipe is provided with an abutting end and the inner pipe is pulled out to a desired length position and fixed by tightening the screw. Is used, and this length adjusting structure can be used by appropriately replacing a known structure. A forehead holder 4 is attached to the tip end side of the support body 2 as described above. The forehead holder 4 is made of a substantially rectangular parallelepiped having a band shape or a thickness and may be integrally fixed to the support body 2 at an appropriate angle, but in the case shown in FIG. And is pivotally attached to the support body 2 and screwed at a predetermined angle to be locked. The joint portion 6 may be connected by using a universal joint (not shown) or the like so that the forehead holder 4 can be adjusted to an appropriate angle with respect to the support body 2. The forehead support surface 3 is formed on the upper wide surface of the forehead holder 4. The forehead support surface 3 has a slightly curved shape so as to fit over the left and right sides of the operator's forehead, and a cushioning material 3A is built into the forehead holder 4 inside thereof to weaken the abutting force with the forehead. It is like this. As shown in FIG. 6, the support of each of the above-mentioned embodiments is a support 2
The tip end of is a telescopic rod, and a spring member 8 such as a coil spring is interposed to urge the support body 2 in the extending direction to support the forehead holder 4 in a bufferable manner. Therefore, since the spring member 8 is biased in the direction opposite to the direction in which the weight from the forehead is applied during use, it is possible to buffer when the forehead is pressed. Further, the forehead holder 4 may be detachably attached to the support body 2 with a one-touch operation via a hooking tool.
The respective constituent members of the latch may be attached to the tip of the and the forehead holder 4. This facilitates attachment / detachment or replacement of the forehead holder 4. Next, the forehead holder 4 may be provided with a cover 7 for covering the forehead support surface 3. This cover is arranged between the operator's forehead and the forehead holder 4, and the forehead support surface 3 can be used hygienically by replacing or disposing after use. The cover 7 is a disposable one in which a large number of papers are bundled and removed from the top after use, or has a bag-like or other locking piece at the edge to be locked to the forehead holder 4 (see FIG. 7). )
Objects, or the edges of the cover 7 and the corresponding one end of the forehead holder 4 are provided with magic fasteners and joined,
In short, any material can be used as long as it covers the forehead holder 4 at the time of use. The forehead holder 4 of which an example is shown in FIG. 9 has a base 2'attached to the tip of the support 2 and provided with an adhesive portion 9A such as a magnet or a magic tape or one engaging portion. The pad of the forehead holder 4 is attached to the corresponding back surface with the adhesive portion 9A.
An adhesive portion 9B such as a detachable magnet or a velcro tape or the other engaging portion is provided as a pair, and both ends of the cover 7 are woven and sandwiched to be attached when both are attached. Thereby, the forehead holder 4 can be easily attached to and detached from the support body 2, and the cover 7 can be attached at the same time as the attachment and detachment of the forehead holder 4. In this invention, the material and the structure of the support and the forehead holder are not particularly limited as long as they are materials that can support the operator's forehead and that are attached with a strength that can support the weight of the forehead.

According to the forehead holding device of this invention, the support is bent at the joint point or is made of a flexible rod and bent in any direction, so that the support is attached in a position away from the work place. Can be supported. When the operator works, the forehead of the forward tilted head collides against the forehead support surface of the forehead holder, and the forehead holder receives and supports a part of the weight of the head. Since it is not necessary to support all of the body with the body such as the neck, shoulders, and back, the operator's physical burden during work can be reduced, and the wearing feeling is excellent and the health is extremely excellent. Further, since it has a simple structure, it is suitable for mass production and industrially beneficial.
