Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a raised fabric with raising length distributed unevenly, free from uneven dyed pattern, easily imparted with the three-dimensional feeling in terms of color, and closely resembling natural fur. CONSTITUTION:In this raised fabric whose raised lengths are distributed unevenly, it is characteristic that the raising is composed of two layers, i.e., hair-toned raised layer and downy one thinner than the former, and the raised fibers comprising the hair-toned raising are multicolor-dyed over the lengths from the tips to the points corresponding to 10-40% of the whole fiber lengths, respectively. This fabric is obtained by the following process: each fiber bundle is multicolor-dyed over the length from its tip to the point corresponding to 10-40% of the whole length thereof, and spun yarns containing these multicolor-dyed fibers are used as pile yarns and a multiple pile fabric is made by using these spun yarns, and the pile yarns are separated by slipping off the fabric.

2. Description of the Related Art Natural fur has a high-grade three-dimensional appearance because its color changes along the length of the nap. In order to obtain a three-dimensional effect of the color even in artificial fur and napped products, a means for producing a different color feeling in the length direction has been devised by making full use of printing technology and coating technology. For example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-43233. Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-32586 is proposed.

Here, the napped cloth having a non-uniform nap length is, for example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 57-61741 and Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No.
It is obtained by the method described in JP-A No. 7-95342, and when dyeing with the above-mentioned printing technique or coating technique, a certain length is colored from the ground tissue and the dyed length from the napped tip is uneven. So it looks bad. Furthermore, when dyeing the hair tips, while giving direction to the naps, that is, it can be processed only in the fluffy state, so that the part that does not appear on the surface is difficult to be colored, while the post-coloring nap treatment is performed. Then, the dyed hair becomes uneven. Furthermore, if the piled state of the napped hair is in a bad state, there is a problem in that the coloring inside becomes insufficient and the hair tips are unevenly dyed.

In the present invention, the napped fabric refers to napped fibers whose ground structure is a knitted fabric or a non-woven fabric. Since the napped hair is also called a pile, the napped cloth is also called a pile cloth. The napped hair may be composed of one kind or various kinds of fibers, but in the present invention, the napped hair length from the ground structure is unevenly distributed. If the nap length is uniform, it can be seen at first glance that it is artificial fur, and it cannot be approached to natural fur.

There is a method described in Japanese Patent No. 1 publication. That is, it is obtained by separating the multi-pile fabric by causing slipping of the pile yarn constituting fibers of the multi-pile fabric. In this case, from the viewpoint of facilitating the slip-off separation of the pile yarn, it is preferable to cover the pile yarn with water-soluble fibers in advance, and dissolve and remove the water-soluble fibers after forming the multiple pile fabric.

Generally, such thick and long naps are stabbed, and thin and short naps are called fluff, and a napped fabric in which these form a two-layer structure is preferable. There are physical means and chemical means for forming the two-layer structure of stab hair and fluff.

As a physical means, a method of using a highly shrinkable fiber for fluff to shorten the fluff by heat treatment to form a two-layer structure, or a spun yarn composed of fluff shorter than stab hair is prepared, and the spun yarn is used as a pile yarn. After forming and peeling off the pile fabric, a method of removing fluff that is not woven into the ground structure may be used.

On the other hand, as a chemical means, there is a method in which after pile fabric is formed and peeled off, only the fluff is dissolved in the upper part of the nap with a chemical. In this case, the stabbing hair is less soluble in the drug than the fluff, or the fluff is soluble but the stabbing hair requires a combination of fibers easily soluble in the drug. As a specific example, it is possible to use an alkali as a drug and use polyethylene terephthalate for fluff on polybutylene terephthalate stab hair, or use a sulfoisophthalic acid copolymer of polyethylene terephthalate for fluff on polyethylene terephthalate stab hair.

The fiber bundle shape is composed of fibers cut to a length of 10 mm or more to 40 to 50 mm or more, and the cut surface of the bundle is a flat surface. The surface quality of the final product is more preferable if the fiber bundle is composed of fibers whose both ends are tapered in advance by the method described in JP-A-54-38922.

The density and cross-sectional area of the fiber bundle are not particularly limited, but it is sufficient that only the tip can be treated with a liquid containing a coloring agent such as a dye. The method of coloring only the tip includes immersing only the tip in a liquid containing a colorant or spraying only the tip. The coloring length from the tip can be adjusted by the density of the fiber bundle, the viscosity of the treatment liquid, the immersion length, the immersion time, and the like. The viscosity of the treatment liquid can be adjusted by adding a sizing agent or a thickening agent.

In the napped fabric of the present invention, the length of the napped hair to be dyed in a different color is 10 to 40%, preferably 15 to 30%, from the tip of the napped fiber length.
If it is less than 10% of the napped fiber length, the effect of imparting between the three-dimensional shapes by dyeing the hair ends is insufficient, while on the other hand, 40% of the napped fiber length
If it exceeds, you cannot obtain a high-class feeling.

The tip may be colored at both ends of the fiber bundle, and both ends may be colored under the same conditions, or the colorant concentration or the hue may be changed at one of the ends. After coloring as described above, heat treatment is performed. The purpose of heat treatment is to fix the colorant. Dry heat treatment is preferable because steam heat treatment easily penetrates.

As described above, if coloring is performed in a light color or a hue different from the coloring of the tip before coloring only the tip of the fiber bundle, that is, if the root portion other than the hair tips is colored,
The color effect is synergistic with the three-dimensional effect of the color, resulting in a more attractive surface quality. As the coloring means, there is a means of coloring the filament bundle in the form of a filament before forming the fiber bundle or completely dipping the fiber bundle in a coloring liquid for coloring. Furthermore, there is a means for coloring the napped fabric after it is formed. It is preferable to have the same hue or a similar color with a dark color at the tip of the hair and a light color at the root because it gives a high-class feeling. It is preferable that the color difference between the bristle portion and the root color portion has ΔE of 3 or more in NBS units. Further, it is preferable that the different color boundary portion between the hair tip portion and the root portion has a light color tendency on the root portion side. The length of the boundary portion can be adjusted by the viscosity of the colorant and the packing density of the fiber bundle.

In this way, the fiber bundle, which has been dyed with a different length from the front end for a certain length by the heat treatment and the colorant is fixed, is separated, and then the pile yarn includes the pile fabric including this fiber. Such a pile fabric can be produced by the conventional technique described in the above-mentioned JP-A-57-61741 and JP-A-57-95342. The obtained pile fabric forms a pile composed of fibers having at least tips of different colors dyed, and the fibers have a non-uniform distribution of nap length from the ground structure.

Further, when fibers other than the napped fibers are mixed to form a pile portion, fibers shorter and thinner than these fibers are effective. This fiber is used for the above-mentioned stab hair, and short and thin fibers other than this fiber are used for fluff. A pile fabric having a two-layer structure using fibers exhibits the effect of the present invention.

Comparative Example A bundle of fibers made of polybutylene terephthalate having a single fiber fineness of 30 d and a cut length of 35 mm was dipped in an alkaline solution and heat-treated at a high temperature to taper both ends. And this fiber is divided into 30d ×
33 mm polybutylene terephthalate staple and 2
Polyethylene terephthalate crimped staples of d × 20 mm were mixed at a weight ratio of 40:60 to obtain a spun yarn. Next, the spun yarn was covered with a filament yarn of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol to form a pile yarn of 8 s, and a double velvet fabric was woven using the pile yarn. By immersing this double velvet fabric in warm water, the filament yarn of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol was eluted. By elution of the filament yarn of the water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol, it was possible to easily separate the upper and lower pile fabrics by applying a peeling force to the upper and lower base fabrics. Then, after backing the back surface, a hairdressing treatment was applied. This woven fabric was dyed gray with a jet dyeing machine, then subjected to a hair styling treatment and dyed with a rotary screen under the following conditions. The viscosity of the coating liquid containing the black dye was 7300 cps. The amount of coating liquid deposited was 32 g / m 2 . After dyeing the hair tips, the hair was dried, subjected to a dry heat treatment at 175 ° C., reduced and washed, and then a finishing agent was applied to the hair for hair conditioning.

The uneven coloring is due to the fact that the inside of the bundle is difficult to be colored because the stabbing hair is in a bundle shape, and it is difficult to dye the portion which is not surfaced due to the down hair state when the hair is dyed. is there. And the reason why there is no moderate distribution of stab hair is that only the stab hair that is surfaced is colored, so the stab hair that has been surfaced for a long time is colored long from the tip, and the stab hair that has been surfaced short is short from the tip, This is because the two-layer structure is colored when viewed from the side.
