Since the conventional puncture method is constructed as described above, there are the following problems. That is, when the injection needle is pulled out after the injection needle is pierced into the punctured portion to suck the liquid and the like, the hole when the injection needle is punctured remains in the punctured portion, so that the liquid or the like is not discharged from the hole. In some cases, it leaked inward and in the case of malignant liquid, it metastasized to other organs.

According to the puncture method of the present invention, an elastic holder provided with an umbrella-shaped portion made of a flexible material and having a bag portion is moved onto a portion to be punctured, and the bag portion is incised or punched. To supply the internal adhesive to the portion to be punctured to adhere the umbrella-shaped portion to the portion to be punctured, penetrate the elastic holder and insert the needle body into the portion to be punctured to the outside. This is a method of preventing the liquid inside the puncture portion from leaking to the outside by the restoring operation of the elastic holding body after the drawing.

In the puncture method and device according to the present invention, when the puncture device is inserted through the hole formed in the wall of the human body or the animal and only the first tubular body is pushed in, the umbrella-shaped portion and the bag portion are removed. Second
The umbrella-shaped portion projects from the tubular body, and the umbrella-shaped portion spreads from the contracted state to the original umbrella-shaped. In this state, after the puncture portion is dried by the drying means inserted from another direction, the adhesive in the bag portion has a thickness of about 0.1 to 0.1 on the puncture portion by incising or punching by the cutting means. Supplied in a film form at 0.2 mm. When the entire device is pushed inward in the above-mentioned state, the umbrella-shaped portion is closely fitted to the portion to be punctured and the both are integrated by the action of the adhesive. Next, when the needle body is inserted into the first tubular body, the needle body pierces the elastic holder and penetrates the part to be punctured. In this state, only the rod-shaped needle portion is pulled out from the tubular needle portion, and the suction body is inserted into the head of the tubular needle portion and sucked, whereby the liquid or the like in the punctured portion can be sucked and taken out. After this suction work is completed,
When the elastic holder is immediately cut, both the umbrella-shaped portion and a part of the elastic holder remain on the part to be punctured, and the elastic holder contracts and restores to its original state. The holes are eliminated, and the holes formed in the part to be punctured are also completely closed by this elastic holder, so that the liquid inside can be prevented from leaking to the outside. Therefore, in the case of a malignant tumor, metastasis to other organs due to leakage can be prevented. When a camera or a sample extractor is inserted instead of the aspirator described above, observation of the inside of the puncture site and removal of the biological sample can be performed.

Next, the case of actually puncturing an organ of a human body or an animal with the above-mentioned configuration will be described.
In this example, a case where an ovarian tumor of a human body is used as the puncture site will be described. First, FIG. 11 to FIG.
As shown by, the laparoscope 41 is inserted into the wall body 40 to expand while supplying gas, and the cylindrical first trocar 42 is set up. The puncture device 20 according to the present invention is inserted through the first trocar 42 into the wall body 40 as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13.
When inserted inside and pushing only the inner first tubular body 9 as shown in FIG. 14, the umbrella-shaped portion 1 comes out from the inside of the second tubular body 11, so that the umbrella-shaped portion 1 shrinks. The original umbrella shape is released from the state.

In the above-mentioned state, as shown in FIG. 15, for example, an ovarian tumor (using the drying means 44 for supplying dry air or gas through the second trocar 43 inserted into the wall 40 from another direction) ( 16 is obtained by drying the surface of the part to be punctured 45 made of other organs), pulling out the drying means 44 from the second trocar 43, and inserting the cutting means 46 made of scissors into the wall 40 instead. Then, as shown in FIG. 17, when the bag portion 2 is broken by incision, perforation or the like, the adhesive 7 is supplied onto the portion to be punctured 45. The adhesive 7 is injected in advance into the bag portion 2 immediately before the operation.

By cutting the elastic holder 3 and the umbrella-shaped portion 1
Only the portion to be punctured is fixed to the punctured portion 45, and in this case, the shape of the punctured portion 45 is also smaller than at the beginning. In this case, since the hole 3a remaining after the needle body 30 is pulled out is closed by its elastic contraction action, the part to be punctured 45 is punctured.
It is possible to prevent leakage of liquid in the inside to the outside (that is, in the abdomen).

Next, after the benign or malignant diagnosis of the liquid or the like in the punctured portion 45 is found and the operation method is determined, in the case of benign, as shown in FIGS. 29 and 30, the punctured portion is punctured. Part 45
Is removed, and the umbrella-shaped portion 1 and the like remaining with the portion to be punctured 45 are removed outside the body. If the liquid or the like is malignant, the part to be punctured 45 is wrapped in a bag (not shown) and then cut off to prevent the liquid or the like from scattering in the abdomen. Therefore,
In the case of malignant tumor, it is possible to prevent metastasis to other organs due to leakage of liquid.

Since the puncture method and device according to the present invention are configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained. That is, since the umbrella-shaped portion having the elastic holding body is adhered to the part to be punctured with an adhesive and the needle body is inserted through the elastic holding body, the hole of the elastic holding body is drawn after the needle body is pulled out. Can be contracted and closed to prevent leakage of liquid or the like in the part to be punctured to the outside. Further, a camera and a sample take-out body can be inserted through the needle body, and a wide range of applications in the medical field can be achieved.
