When immersion degreasing cleaning or the like is performed, oil or light dust that has separated from the object to be cleaned due to cleaning floats on the water surface (hereinafter these are referred to as floating oils),
When the object to be cleaned is pulled out of the cleaning liquid after the cleaning is completed, the floating oil re-attaches to the surface of the object to be cleaned, and the cleaning effect is significantly impaired. However, in the system of covering the cleaning tank with the lid during the cleaning process, the scraping device as described above cannot be used to remove the floating oil. In addition to this, there is also a system for removing the floating oil by injecting wind or liquid from one direction onto the liquid surface, but this system is insufficient to remove the floating oil at a position far from the injection nozzle. In addition, there is a problem that the structure becomes complicated and the cost becomes high. The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems by improving the cleaning effect without using a special floating oil removing device.

Operation: The lid is opened to immerse the object to be cleaned in the bath, and the lid is closed to perform degreasing cleaning. At this time, the scraper is located near the front wall in the tank. As the cleaning progresses, floating oil is generated and floats on the liquid surface. After cleaning, open the lid and take out the object to be washed, but when opening the lid, the scraper moves together with the lid and pushes the floating oil toward the overflow weir. Cease to exist. Therefore, when the object to be cleaned is pulled up from the liquid surface, the floating oil does not redeposit on the cleaned object to be cleaned, and the cleaning efficiency is remarkably improved.

When the processing for a certain period of time is completed, the circulation of the cleaning liquid is stopped and the lid 32 is opened, but the floating oil floating on the liquid surface is pushed by the moving scraper 47 and the overflow weir 30.
It is discharged beyond a and the floating oil does not exist on the liquid level in the tank on the opposite side of the overflow weir 30a. In this state, the object to be cleaned is pulled out and taken out. Therefore, the floating oil does not redeposit on the cleaned object, and the cleaning efficiency is significantly improved. In addition, in the open position of the lid 32,
Although the scraper 47 is close to the overflow weir 30a,
Even if the scraper 47 comes into contact with the weir 30a, the scraper 47 swings, so that the scraper 47 does not receive a large force. After that, the next object to be cleaned is dipped, the lid 32 is closed, and the above steps are repeated. However, the liquid level is lowered by drawing and putting in the object to be cleaned, and when the lid 32 is closed, the lower end of the scraper 47 is the liquid. It does not move away from the surface and sweeps the liquid surface. In addition, in the present embodiment, the scraper 47 is always directed downward through the hinge 48, but the water cleaning tank 31
Guides (part of which moves up and down), scraper 4 on the side of
It is needless to say that the pin 7 is provided so that the scraper 47 is lowered when the floating oil in the water washing tank 31 is scraped off and the scraper 47 is rotated around the hinge 48 and returned from the liquid surface when returning.
