As described above, according to the present invention, the seaweed 42 can be disinfected with good workability on the ocean. In particular, according to the present invention, the seaweed 42 adhering to the seaweed net 3 can be immersed in the disinfecting solution 40 for a certain period of time to sufficiently disinfect by winding and unwinding the two seams 5 and 6. it can. In addition, since the re-stretching of the seaweed net 3a, which has been wound up and sterilized previously, to the ocean and the winding and sterilization of the next seaweed net 3b can be performed in parallel, the work efficiency is extremely good. Further, by providing the tapered guide body 31 of the tip end portion of the floating rod 30 on the side portions of the winding bodies 5 and 6, when the laver net 3 is wound up, the tip end portion of the floating rod 30 is the inner wall surface of the container 2. It is possible to prevent this from being damaged and to perform the disinfection work while smoothly winding the seaweed net 3.
