Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an easily handled connector of high reliability by inserting plural electric wire terminals of various kinds into a hole defined by a pair of V-shaped compressing walls, and pressing the back of a compressing tool via a spring tool so as to compress them into a bundle in connection. CONSTITUTION:A pair of V-shaped compressing tools 2-A, 3-A are incorporated in an inner case 1, where a pressing screw 8 is fixed in a position facing to the back 3-C of the compressing tool 3-A and temporary stopping stages 13 are formed on both sides of the ends of the case 1, thus supporting the compressing tools 2-A, 3-A in such a manner as to prevent them from moving at random before use. V-shaped compressing walls 4-A, 5-A face to each other, thus forming an expansion/contraction hole 6, into which electric wires of various kinds are inserted at the ends. When the screw 8 is screwed, a spring tool 14-A is compressed to press the back 3-C so that the compressing tool 3-A supported by the temporary stopping stage 13 advances at both ends beyond the temporary stopping stage 13, thereby shrinking the hole 6. Electric wire terminals 19 are tightened each other while being concentrated in the center recess defined by the compressing walls 4-A, 5-A, thus forming a bundle of conductor. When the screw 8 is loosened to release the terminals 19, reuse can be realized.

The ring sleeve has a large dedicated crimping tool at the construction site, and it takes time to wrap the insulating tape after crimping with a strong manual force. It was very inconvenient because the connection could not be changed or reused. For plug-in type wire connectors,
It has a structure in which the lock spring is pushed open and inserted with the wire end,
The spring tool is weak and the weak spring is not pushed even with a twisted wire, and there is a limit for single wires as well as thin wires and thick wires, and it is exclusively for single wires of limited size, and each inserted wire is Each of them has an unstable structure in which they are isolated from each other and are pressed and connected through a conductive plate by a weak and unstable spring tool, and there is structural concern about stable and permanent electrical reliability that is weak against shock vibration.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art.
A pair of compression tools are installed in the inner case, and they are weakly supported by temporary stop stages provided at both ends of the inner case. The compression tools are prevented from advancing and stopped at a fixed position before inserting the wire end. An expansion hole is formed by the inner compression wall, and one compression tool is moved forward and backward by operating the push screw, and when the push screw is loosened, the compression tool and spring tool are opened and the expansion hole opens and various electric wires are inserted. When the push screw is screwed in, the back part is pushed forward through the compression tool and the spring tool, the expansion hole is reduced, and the wire ends are strongly squeezed into a bundle for connection. In the insulating case, insert the wire end and provide a mouth opening that isolates the bare part of the base, and at the rear part, a fixed position between the back part of the pair of compression tools and one of the compression tools and the inner case. After inserting the inner case, which incorporates a pair of parts such as springs and nuts, into the bottom opening, insert the bottom lid sideways and fix it, and then insert the push screw from the insulating case to attach it. In the assembling work, the pair of parts may be assembled after inserting only the inner case into the insulating case in advance.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Referring now to the drawings showing an embodiment of the present application, as an example of a compression type electric wire connector, a large and small number of electric wire terminals are inserted into one hole to show a compressed connection state.
In the drawings, AA is a cross-sectional view of the compressed wire connector of the present application as seen from the front of the opening. Similarly, BB is a left-right sectional view seen from the front of the mouth opening. Reference numeral 1 denotes an inner case, in which a pair of fart-shaped compression tools 2-A and 3-A are incorporated, and a push screw is attached to a position facing the V-shaped back portion 3-C of the V-shaped compression tool 3-A, Temporary steps 13 are provided on both sides of the end of the inner case 1 to support and fix the letter-shaped compression tools 2-A and 3-A to the unfixed movement before use. Shaped compression tool 3-
The shape of the V-shaped back portion 3-C of A is V-shaped, and the V-shaped compression walls 4-A and 5-A forming the inner wall thereof are also V-shaped to automatically connect the coiled plate material. It can be bent by a machine and can be mass-produced, and there is no waste of material and the cost is low. In the V-shaped compression walls 4-A and 5-A, expanding and contracting holes 6 are formed facing each other in a V-shape, and when the push screw 8 is loosened, the spring tool 14-A becomes loose. Three
-A retracts and the expansion hole 6 expands, you can insert multiple wires regardless of the size of single wire, stranded wire, wire diameter, and if you push in the screw 8, the spring tool 14-A will compress. Both ends of the letter-shaped compression tool 3-A that presses the back portion 3-C and is received by the temporary stop steps 13 and 13 pass over the temporary stop steps 13 and proceed.
By contracting the expansion / contraction hole 6, the electric wire end 19 is squeezed together to form a bundle of conductors while physically gathering in the central depression of the V-shaped compression walls 4-A and 5-A. When the push screw 8 is loosened, the V-shaped compression tool 3-A is loosened and the wire end 14
Is released, and the V-shaped compression tool 3-A and the spring tool 14-A can be restored, replaced, and reused. The material of the set screw 8 is metal, reinforced resin, or other excellent material that withstands all adverse conditions such as rigidity, durability, heat resistance, and cold resistance.
Especially when using metal, insulate the whole body or upper body,
Alternatively, a metal screw for the upper half of the insulating material and a metal screw for the lower half of the insulating material are connected to form a single push screw 8. When the whole body is made of metal as it is, an insulating cover is provided integrally with the insulating case 9 at a position around the push screw 8 to cover the exposed portion. In the insulating case 9, a mouth opening 10 is formed on one side, a hole for attaching the push screw 8 is provided on the upper side, and a bottom port is provided on the bottom so that the bottom plate 11 can be attached and detached. After inserting the inner case 1 in which is fixed in place, the bottom plate 11 is inserted from the side and fixed to completely insulate the foreskin. However, the letter-shaped compression tool 2-A, 3-A and a pair of other parts are directly installed in the insulating case 9 and the push screw 8 is attached.
If an insulating member having a performance that can withstand even a strong compression operation is installed, the inner case 1 can be omitted and the product can be directly incorporated into the insulating case 9 to obtain a product. Reference numeral 12 denotes a non-slip line, which is provided on the V-shaped compression walls 4-A and 5-A to reinforce the retaining action of the wire end 19. 14-A is a spring tool and has a curved shape, and both end shapes follow the shape of the V-shaped back part 3-C so that the V-shaped compression tool 3-A and the spring tool 14-A are stable. Form in a letter shape. 15
Is a dent, and the tip of the push screw 8 is inserted therein to stabilize it in a fixed position. Reference numeral 16 denotes a convex portion, and when the push screw 8 is screwed in, the spring tool 14-A is compressed and comes into contact with the V-shaped back portion 3-C, and the tip of the push screw 8 directly presses the V-shaped back portion 3-C. Then, similarly, the wire end 19 is compressed by a strong compressive force, and the looseness of the push screw 8 is reinforced by the accumulated spring property, so that the compressive force is not loosened and the conductive force is stabilized. Reference numeral 17 denotes a V-shaped end portion, which is attached to the V-shaped back portion of the V-shaped compression tool 3-A to stabilize the spring tool 14-A. Set screw 8
Is made of any material such as metal or resin, and in the case of metal, the upper part is insulation-coated or the lower part is made rigid by using a reinforced insulating material such as a screw tool that connects the insulating member and the metal screw. The screw 8 is used. The electric wire terminal 19 is not limited to a single wire, a twisted wire, or a wire having a large or small size, and moreover, a small number or a large number can be mixed and compressed and connected in a bundle. In addition, even if a straight electric wire is inserted into each of the expansion and contraction holes 6 and compressed, or even if all the wires are twisted and inserted and compressed, the compression effect remains unchanged. Reference numeral 20 denotes a nut, which is located inside the screw hole 7 of the inner case 1 to reinforce the push screw 8 and the inner case 1.

In FIGS. 3 and 4, 2-B and 3-B are semi-circular compression tools, which are a semi-circular back portion 3-D and a semi-circular compression wall 4.
-B-5-B is formed, and the inserted electric wire end 14 is compressed while moving to the central portion of the semicircular compression wall 4-A. In (1), it is possible to easily perform molding using a coil-shaped plate-shaped material, and there is no waste material for processing, which is economical. Reference numeral 18 denotes a circular end portion, which is made to conform to the circular shape of the semicircular back portion 3-D of the semicircular compression tool 3-B so as to be stabilized.

As described above, the compression-type electric wire connector of the present application is light and short without wasteful equipment, can connect a large number of various electric wire terminals 19 to one product, and has a large number of electric wire terminals 19 in the joint box. Even if it is connected and stored, it can be used with a small number of products and there is no forcing to damage the wires.

As described above, the first effect of the present invention is that there is no limitation on the size of the single wire, stranded wire, wire diameter, etc.
Insert it all at once from 0 to one expansion hole 6 and then insulate it with a metal screw, a screw with an insulator and a metal screw assembled together, a metal screw, an insulator screw, etc. When the created push screws 8 are screwed in, the tips of them are V-shaped back portions 3-C or semicircular back portions 3-D, and the spring fittings 14-A.
-The convex portion 16 and the back surface of the spring tool 14-B are strongly compressed via 14-B or the like so as to come into contact with the V-shaped compression tool 3-C or the semi-circular back section 3-D, and are directly pressed by the pressing spring 8. A strong compression force works as well as it does, and the V-shaped compression wall 4-A
Since it uniformly compresses on all wall surfaces of the 5-A or semi-circular compression wall 4-B / 5-B, the wire terminals 14 are in full contact with each other and are firmly connected without damage, and a long-term stable conductive effect is obtained. can get.

Secondly, if each push screw 8 is fully loosened, the expansion / contraction hole 6 is expanded and a large number of various electric wire terminals 14 can be inserted and connected in one hole, so connection work can be omitted and a small number of joint boxes can be installed. Even if the product is stored, a large number of branch wirings can be made.

Thirdly, since it is strongly pressed with a rigid push screw or the like, it is inevitable to be roughly handled due to the nature of the work when it is stored in the joint box or when a connection bundle is created by branch wiring work. I can't get it, but even in that case, the V-shaped compression wall 4-A ・ 5-A with the powerful push screw 8
Alternatively, since the entire surface of the semi-circular compression wall 4-B / 5-B is strongly pressed, the electric wire end 14 does not loosen even slightly, so that stable electric conduction is maintained and high electric reliability is obtained.

Fourthly, since the wire ends 14 are compressed while physically moving in the recesses of the V-shaped compression walls 4-A and 5-A, a space can be formed between the wire ends 19 inserted in large numbers. Therefore, it is possible to prevent shortage of connection of only one line. Also in the semi-circular compression walls 4-B and 5-B, while trying to move to the circular center part as well, all the lines are completely connected to each other by the same action as described above. In addition,
V-shaped compression wall 4-A / 5-A and semi-circular compression wall 4-B
Not limited to the shape of 5-B, it is possible to form and apply various irregular shapes according to need, and similar effects can be obtained.

The fifth type is not limited to the spring tools 14-A and 14-B, but includes spring washers, spiral springs, S-shaped leaf springs, and the like.
Push any spring tool to the tip of the screw 8 etc. and the V-shaped back 3
When pressed through between -C or the semicircular back portion 3-D, each spring member acts, and the looseness of each push screw 8 is reinforced by the spring property of the spring member to retain the compression force. Long-term stable conductivity can be obtained.

1. In a compression tool for inserting a plurality of various electric wire ends into compression holes and compression-connecting them in a bundle, a pair of V-shaped compression tools are made to face each other on both the back part and the compression wall, and assembled in a case, In order to expand / contract the expansion / contraction holes formed between the compression walls, attach a push screw at a position facing the back part of one compression tool, and attach a spring between the tip of the compression screw and the back part of one compression tool. Tool to reinforce the looseness of the push screw, loosen the push screw, retract the compression tool to expand the expansion hole, insert multiple wire ends, and then press the push screw into the spring to compress it. The back of the tool is pushed and the expansion hole is reduced, and the wire end inserted in the expansion hole is contracted and conductive to the V-shaped compression wall. Looseness of push screw due to accumulated spring property Reinforce and keep a strong wire connection permanently. In the case of reuse, if the push screw is loosened, the compression tool retracts and the expansion hole expands while the spring tool restores, and the wire end is opened to restore and prepare for reuse. For insulation, cover the entire metal part with an insulating case, insert the wire end into the front part of one expansion hole, and open the opening at a depth sufficient to cover the bare wire part at the base of the wire end with insulation. A compression type electric wire connector formed by forming.
