Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase operation voltage by commonly using one electrode of two batteries, and utilizing the front surface and the back surface of this electrode connecting the two batteries on their insides in series. CONSTITUTION:A conventional dry battery comprises electrodes 6, 4 and an electrolyte 5, and its generating voltage is 1.5V. On the outside of the electrode 4 of the dry battery, a new dry battery is formed by utilizing the back side of the electrode 4 as one electrode 3 and using the other electrode 1 and an electrolyte 2. Since the electrodes 3, 4 are the same electrode plate, operation voltage is increased to 2V by series connecting effect of two dry batteries. An appliance using this battery is made compact and efficiency is enhanced.
