加工物Wをブシュaに当接させ、ブローチeの前方案内
部fを下穴dと挿通孔cに通してこれをチャックgで掴
んで引き抜くことにより、ブローチeの切刃部hの形状
通りの切削加工を一度の作業で行なうことが出来る様に
設けられている。

き加工穴が同中心線jよりずれてその加工精度が悪くな
ってしまうという問題点がある。

6の挿通孔7が上下方向に貫設される一方、その周縁部
にはブシュ5の表面側に開口部8′を存して複数のシリ
ンダー室8…が一定間隔毎に穿設される。各シリンダー
室8…の奥方には油溜り部9が形成され、同油溜り部9
により各シリンダー室8…は相互に連通する様に設けら
れる。ブシュ5の表面側には蓋板10が固着され、同蓋板
10には各シリンダー室8…の開口部8′に対応する位置
に窓孔11が開口される。各シリンダー室8…には夫々ピ
ストンピン12が進退自在に嵌挿される。同ピストンピン
12の頭部12′は段部13を介して小径に形成され、同頭部
12′は上記窓孔11から出没自在に突出される。各ピスト
ンピン12の背面側、即ち、上記油溜り部9内には油が充
填され、各ピストンピン12は同油の油圧を介して連動し
て進退する様に設けられる。14は各ピストンピン12と加
工物W間に介装されるシム板であって、その中央部に挿
通孔14′を存して円板状に形成される。又、上記ブロー
チ6は前端より順にシャンク6a、前方案内部6b、切刃部
6c、後方案内部6dを存して形成され、シャンク6aにはブ
ローチ6を引張るためのチャック15が連結される。

上がった状態でセットされる。そしてこの状態でブロー
チ加工を行なうべくブローチ6を引張り方向に駆動する
と、加工物Wはブローチ6の引張り力によってブシュ5
側に押し付けられるが、最初にその引張り力が加工物W
の当り面の一部が当接するシム板14の部分に集中的に掛
かるため、同部分の背面に位置するピストンピン12(同
図面において左側のピストンピン12)がシリンダー室8
内に押し込まれると共に、同ピストンピン12が押し込ま
れた分だけ他のピストンピン12…が油溜り部9内の油圧
を介して押し出されることとなり、このピストンピン12
…の進退作用によって第4図に示す様にシム板14が傾斜
して加工物Wの当り面に均等に当接され、同シム板14に
よって加工物Wが傾倒することなく保持されて下穴dを
基準とする加工物Wのブローチ加工を正確に行なうこと
が出来る。
