Abstract

PURPOSE:To preclude risk of poor performance of a punch-off process for a cardboard resulting from wear of cutter tip and prevent sideways movement of the cardboard or generation of cardboard dust in the operations of punching off cardboard upon pressing together a punching die and a face plate by affixing a rubber sheet to that part of the face plate which is mating with the tip of a punch. CONSTITUTION:A punching die 1 is structured so that a punch 13 having a cutter tip 131 and an exhaust sponge 14 are arranged on a plywood 11. A cardboard 2 is set in the die 1, and a face plate 3 is provided opposingly. The die 1 and face plate 3 are pressed together, and the cardboard 2 is punched off into a specified shape. A rubber sheet 4 is affixed to this face plate 3 in its part mating with the cutter tip 131. The rubber sheet 4 may also be affixed to the part mating with the exhaust sponge 14 adjacent to the cutter tip 131. This precludes risk of poor performance of punching off a cardboard resulting from wear of cutter tip 131 and prevents sideways movement of cardboard 2 or generation of cardboard dust.

[Embodiment] An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a development view of a punch blank of a known paper container. This is a type of box called an automatic sticker box. The method of punching this blank is illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3. The outer shape cutting line 24, the insertion 23, the slit 21, and the zipper 22 are sandwiched between the cutting edge 131 and the face plate 3 and punched.
The folding line 25 is sandwiched between the ruled line end 121 of the ruled line 12 and the female die 31 formed on the face plate 3 and compressed to stretch the fibers of the paperboard 2 to form the folding line 25. The discharging sponge 14 discharges the board 2 cut by the cutting edge 131 from being bitten between the punching blades 13. Further, when punching, the paperboard 2 is pressed to enable stable punching. When setting the new die 1 on a punching machine (not shown) and punching, in order to adjust the height imbalance of the punching blade 13 and the machine's imbalance, apply uneven paper to the back side of the chase of the punching machine. Prepare and adjust the unevenness removing tape. However, when the punching exceeds 100,000 shots, in the case of waste paper, the cutting edge 131 is worn. Especially slit 2
1, the blade tip 131 of a small component such as the zipper 22 is extremely worn as compared with the outer shape cutting blade 24. The punching operator pays close attention to the external cutting blade 24 for the stripping work in the subsequent process, but the complete cutting of the slit 21 and the zipper 22 inside the figure is often overlooked. This causes the product to be defective. If incomplete cutting occurs, interrupt the punching work and add unevenness removing tape for that part to raise the bottom and adjust. Therefore, the operator must always pay close attention to this part. The present invention is a zipper 2
2. The face plate rubber 4 is attached to the face plate 3 corresponding to the punching blade 13 of the slit 21 prior to punching. Discharge sponges 14 are attached to both sides of the punching blade 13 in FIG. The face plate rubber 4 of the present invention is attached to the face plate 3 corresponding to the discharge sponge 14. FIG. 5 shows a state in which the face plate 3 is lifted and the cutting edge 131 punches out the paper board 2. The face plate rubber 4 of the present invention preferably has a thickness of 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm. It is convenient if a double-sided adhesive 41 is provided on the back surface. One embodiment is shown in FIG. It was punched with a size of 5 mm square. The optimum rubber hardness is around 60 degrees. Since the face plate rubber 4 of the present invention is attached to the face plates 3 corresponding to the discharge sponges 14 on both sides of the slit 21 and the zipper 22, the face plate 3 is lifted as shown in FIG.
In the state of punching, the discharge sponge 14 hits the face plate 3 and is compressed to press the paper board 2 against the face plate 3. The discharge sponge 14 and the face plate rubber 4 on the left side of FIG.
On the other hand, the discharge sponge 14 on the right side in FIG. 5 sandwiches the paperboard 2 with the face plate 3 and compresses it. As a result, the paperboard 2 is firmly held in a state of being inclined by the thickness of the face plate rubber 4. Then, the cutting edge 131 surely cuts the slit 21. Even if the cutting edge 131 of the slit 21 is worn, the paperboard 2 is firmly held in a tensioned state in which it is obliquely inclined, so that the paperboard 2 is reliably cut. In FIG. 5, the face plate rubber 4 is the discharge sponge 14 on the left side.
Although an embodiment is shown in which it is attached only to the face plate 3 corresponding to the above, even if it is attached to the face plate 3 of the portion corresponding to the right side discharge sponge 14, the paperboard 2 becomes tense when punched, and the same effect is obtained. In the embodiment of the present invention, the face plate rubber 4 is attached to the face plate 3 corresponding to the discharge rubber 14, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the cutting edge 131 is not necessarily required even if the discharge sponge 14 is not provided.
The same effect due to the guillotine effect can be obtained by sticking it on the part of the face plate 3 that is close to. To be more reliable, it is effective to attach the face plate rubber 4 to a portion as close as possible to the cutting edge 131 and at the same time compress it with the discharge sponge 14 from above. However, if the paperboard 2 is laterally moved after being punched if it is pasted in a place too close to it, there is a high possibility that the edge of the punched material will be caught and the paperboard will jam (entangle).
Jamming, especially when pasting uncompressed material such as paper. However, when the face plate rubber 4 is punched, it is compressed by the pressure, and when it is lowered, the face plate rubber 4 is also released from the pressure and discharged upward. And don't sham. Further, since the face plate rubber 4 is compressed and repelled, no trace is left on the back face of the paper board 2.
Another embodiment is shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. Third
In the case of the drawing, when the distance between the punching blade 13 and the ruled line 12 is short, when the ruled line 12 forms the folding line 25, when the cutting edge 131 does not completely punch the paperboard 2, the ruled line end 121 narrows down and punches. The paperboard 2 between the blade 13 and the ruled line 12 is pulled to the right. As a result, paper dust is generated in the portion not punched by the blade edge 131. Therefore, generally, the discharge sponge 14 on the right side of FIG. 3 is converted into cork having high hardness.
However, materials that are too hard can scratch the printed surface. In some cases, the paper dust may not be completely solved. Therefore, the inventor has noticed that the face plate 3 made of steel has a friction resistance smaller than that of the discharge sponge under the paperboard, no matter how hard the press die 1 is pressed. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, the face plate rubber 4 is attached to the place of the corresponding face plate 3 of the discharge sponge 14 on the right side of the ruled line. As a result, when the face plate 3 is lifted and punched as shown in FIG. 7, the paper board 2 is firmly held by the right side discharge sponge 14 and the face plate rubber 4. Therefore, even if the paperboard 2 is pulled rightward, the paperboard 2 is firmly held so that the material of the cutting edge 131 does not move, and no paper dust is generated. The right side discharge sponge 14 is preferably a sponge such as Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-85597. Face plate rubber 4 is shown in FIG. The optimum hardness is about 60 degrees in international rubber hardness. Thickness is from 0.5mm to 1.
0 mm is optimal. However, the thickness is not limited to this. In the embodiment, it is premised that the paperboard 2 is punched out, so that the thickness may exceed 1.0 mm for corrugated board and the like.
A double-sided adhesive 41 and a release paper 42 are provided on the back surface. 5m
It has been punched into m squares. The size is not limited to this 5 mm square, but a band with a width of 10 mm is also possible, and it is also possible to cut and stick with scissors at any time. Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described using the flat plate punching machine, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, it goes without saying that a method of punching with a rotary face plate with respect to a horizontal punching die such as a punching machine of Heidelberg can be applied. Needless to say, it is also most suitable for a rotary die and a rotary face plate such as a rotary die cutter used for corrugated board.
