Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently separate defective particles by lack of packing, etc., of iron- contg. compds., such as iron powder, as essential components by separating the articles defectively packed with iron-contg. deoxidizing agents contg. iron-contg. components by using magnetic force. CONSTITUTION:Partial packages 2 of the iron-contg. deoxidizing agents produced in a previous stage are carried to a position where the agents come into contact or proximity to or with a belt conveyor 3 put on a magnetic roll 1 over a chute 4. The non-defective packages among the partial packages 2 are attracted by the magnetic force of the magnetic roll 1 and are carried to a place where there is no influence of the magnetic force on the belt conveyor 3. The packages are then recovered into a product recovering container 6. On the other hand, the packages defectively packed with the iron-contg. components or non-packed packages shown white fall without being stuck to the belt conveyor 3 and are recovered into a defective article recovering container 5. As a result, the defective articles by lack of packing of the iron compds., such as iron powder, as the essential components of the iron-contg. deoxidizing agents and more particularly by non-packing of the iron powder are extremely easily separated from the many finish products.

2. Description of the Related Art A method of using a deoxidizer (oxygen absorber) as a quality maintaining method for processed foods, agricultural and marine products, metal products, precision parts, textile products, etc. is widely used because of its simplicity and high quality maintaining effect. There is. In this method, the target is sealed in a gas barrier container, that is, a bag, a box, etc. made of a non-breathable packaging material, together with the oxygen scavenger packaged in a breathable packaging material. Is absorbed by the oxygen scavenger to create anoxic (or low oxygen concentration) state, thereby protecting the object from quality deterioration. As the oxygen-absorbing compound, which is the main component of the oxygen scavenger, various organic and inorganic compounds are used, but iron (iron powder) -based compounds, which are excellent in function and economy, are the most widely used. It is used. Iron-based oxygen scavengers include reduced iron powder, atomized iron powder, electrolytic iron powder,
Mainly composed of iron powder such as ground iron powder, electrolytes such as alkali or alkaline earth halides such as sodium chloride and calcium chloride, activated carbon, zeolite, porous particles such as diatomaceous earth and water It is composed of various combinations of compositions depending on the type. The most general method for producing an iron-based oxygen scavenger composed of these compositions is the three-way sealing method or the four-way sealing method shown in FIG. In the three-way sealing method shown in FIG. 4, a long permeable packaging material is folded in two from the center in the longitudinal direction, and the packaging material is vertically sealed at regular intervals with the folded portion as the bottom. A sealant on both sides is formed, and a predetermined amount of a predetermined composition is filled from the remaining upper opening, and then the opening is sealed to form an oxygen scavenger. Are individually separated by a cutter or wound into a product. In addition, the four-way sealing method seals the lower edge perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and both side portions along the longitudinal direction while moving the two extended long packaging materials facing each other and moving in the vertical direction. After filling a predetermined amount of a predetermined composition from the opening, the opening is sealed to make an oxygen absorber, and like the three-way sealing method, the connected oxygen absorber is
The product is individually cut or wound by a cutter. The iron-based oxygen scavenger produced in this manner is, of course, required to be inspected for the prescribed amount of the prescribed composition, and the iron-based oxygen scavenger produced by the method as described above. Since the system oxygen scavenger is produced at a rate of 1,000 packages or more per minute, it is not realistic to judge it by human eyes and measure it by weighing individual products. Therefore, at present, the sampling inspection and the method of shining light on the product and confirming the presence or absence of the contents with a photoelectric tube are mainly performed. However, the oxygen scavenger is mainly used for food preservation, and the existence of defective products must be avoided as much as possible, especially iron powder etc., which greatly affects the performance of the iron-based oxygen scavenger, is accurately filled. However, since iron powder has a high density, the filling capacity is small, and the reliability is low because the confirmation by other components is obstructed by the measurement with a photoelectric tube, and no filling or insufficient filling of iron powder occurs. There was a fear of overlooking.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows one embodiment of the present invention. A packaged product 2 of an iron-based oxygen scavenger manufactured by the method shown in FIG. 4 and the like is a belt conveyor 3 in which a magnetic roll 1 is hung on a chute 4. Be brought to a position in contact with or close to. Packaged products filled with iron-based components (shown with diagonal lines in the figure) are
The magnetic force of the magnetic roll adheres to the belt conveyor, and it is transported to a place on the belt conveyor where it is not affected by the magnetic force of the magnetic roll, and is collected from the roll into the product collection container 6.
On the other hand, a defectively filled or non-filled iron-based component (shown in white in the figure) falls due to magnetism without adhering to the belt conveyor, is collected in the defective product collecting container 5, and is sorted as a good product. 2 and 3 also show a method of selecting defective products by the same process as in FIG. 1. In FIG. 2, all the packaged products are first placed on a belt conveyor, and the defective products are placed on the magnetic roll. In FIG. 3, a belt conveyor 2'is used to supply the packaged products.

As the magnetic roll used in the present invention,
What is used for the selection / removal of iron pieces, iron rust, etc. in pulverized products, the removal of iron-containing substances mixed in powder products, etc. can be reused as is, and it is commercially available from Japan Elise Magnetics Co., Ltd. What is available can be used. The shape of the magnetic roll and the amount of coercive force may be appropriately selected depending on the type and amount of the iron-based component in the iron-based oxygen scavenger used for sorting defective products and the shape of the iron-based oxygen scavenger. In the present invention, it is preferable to use one having a strong magnetic force.
