(Prior Art) Conventionally, as a method for molding a hollow glass product having a beautiful outer surface without a trace of a seam of a finishing mold which is a split mold,
The blow-molding method is well known. However, in the conventional blow-molding method, it was impossible to mold the glass product 1 having one or more concave portions 2 on a part of the outer surface as shown in FIG. Then, the actual public Sho 59-100
As disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 90, a pressing mold for forming a concave portion on the outer surface of a preformed glass product has been developed, but in this case, it is a molding method by secondary processing and mass production. However, there is a problem in that it is not possible to cope with the above-mentioned situation, and labor is required for the secondary processing, and as a result, the production cost is also increased.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems and is a blown product, and one or two parts are provided on a part of the outer surface.
The present invention has been completed for the purpose of providing a method for forming a hollow glass product that can be continuously produced by an automatic forming machine without any secondary processing of a glass product having one or more concave portions.

(Means for Solving the Problem) The present invention is a blow-molding method for a hollow glass product in which a parison suspended by a neck ring is blow-molded while being rotated in a finishing mold, in the final stage of the blow-molding step. By stopping the rotation of the neck ring and advancing and retracting one or more pins provided in the finishing die into the finishing die, one or two pins are formed on a part of the outer surface of the glass product. It is characterized in that more than one concave portion is formed.

As shown in the figure, a plurality of individual sections provided on the rotary table 3 sequentially move in the direction of the arrow and complete one cycle from the gob-in position G to the take-out position TO. This includes the blow molding step and the steps of stopping the rotation of the neck ring and operating the cylinder at the final stage of the blow molding step.

The parison 4 molded in the parison molding process is transferred to the blow molding process including the finishing mold 6 and the bottom mold 7 while being suspended by the neck ring 5 (see FIG. 1A). Then, as shown in FIG. 1 (B),
The blow head 8 is placed on the neck ring 5, and the parison 4 is rotated and blow-molded in the finishing mold 6 while injecting blow air. Up to this stage, the process is similar to the conventional blow-molding process, which results in a hollow glass product having a beautiful outer surface without traces of the finish die seams. Further, at the final stage of the blow molding process, as shown in FIG. 1 (C), the four mini cylinders 9 provided in the lower part of the finishing die 6 are activated to form a part of the outer surface of the glass product. Four concave portions 2 will be formed.
That is, as shown in FIG. 2, first, the rotation of the neck ring 5 is stopped (step), and the cylinder 9 is operated with a slight delay (step). When the cylinder 9 is operated, timing air enters from the cylinder head 10 through the pipe (indicated by a broken line) in the finishing die 6, presses the cylinder plunger 11, and the plunger 11 advances into the finishing die 6 to make glass products. 4 concave portions are formed on a part of the outer surface of the.
After that, the timing air is cut off and the plunger 11 is retracted to the original position by the coil spring 12, and the glass product is taken out from the take-out position TO and proceeds to the next step.

As a subsequent step, the upper portion (generally referred to as moyle) is cut into a final product, which is similar to the conventional one.

In the embodiment, the case where four cylinders are provided has been described, but it goes without saying that the number of cylinders, setting positions, shape of cylinder plunger, stroke, etc. is not limited to this. It is possible to select and shape glass products of various shapes.
