略コ形のユニオンねじ嵌合部が連結壁部を介して上下2
段に設けられ、各嵌合部の底壁部に六角孔が設けられ
て、該六角孔にユニオンねじの回止め用六角状部が嵌め
込まれ、ヘッダ用部材の板状連結部が、側枠部材の連結
壁部にねじで止められているもので、冷媒導入用のヘッ
ダと同排出ヘッダとを一つの部材によって構成されてい
るから、ヘッダの固定作業が非常に簡単であるととも
に、熱交換器の出入口寸法、すなわち出入口配管の接続
部分の寸法をきわめて容易かつ確実に設定することがで
き、また熱交換器を例えば自動車等に取り付ける場合、
接続パイプを熱交換器の側方に取り付けることができ
て、接続パイプがじゃまにならず、自動車等に対する熱
