Abstract

PURPOSE:To automatically apply the constant tension to the wire material by mounting dancer roller with a weight in a turnable manner on a rod to control the delivery of the wire through a rotational angle sensor to detect the rotational angle of the rod through the vertical movement of the dancer roller. CONSTITUTION:When a weight W8 is suspended on a dancer roller 6, and the tension of about 1/2 W is applied to the wire material 1 to be delivered through a roller 5, the wire material 1 is delivered from a bobbin 2 while a servo motor 12 is braked so that the rotational angle may be detected by a rotational angle sensor 10 and a rod 7 may keep the horizontal condition. When the tension applied to the wire becomes below the approximately 1/2 W, the tip of the rod 7 is inclined in the right-down direction, and the servo motor 12 is braked to adjust the rod 7 to be in the horizontal condition. When the tension applied to the wire exceeds the approximately 1/2 W, the tip of the rod 7 is inclined in the right-up direction, and the braking of the servo motor 12 is loosened to adjust the rod 7 to be in the horizontal condition.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, hollow reinforced plastic products are uniformly applied to a mandrel (hereinafter abbreviated as a mandrel) made of aluminum or iron, for example, by applying a predetermined tension to a wire material impregnated with a thermosetting resin liquid. In addition, after tightly winding it, it was brought into a heating furnace, heated in a furnace, and when hardened, the mandrel was pulled out and subjected to surface finishing and edge processing to obtain a product. Then, in order to wind the wire uniformly, firmly and at high speed around the mandrel that rotates around the central axis, the mandrel rotating mechanism, the traverser moving mechanism that can reciprocate, or the adjustment of the winding angle of the wire around the mandrel. Mechanisms have been studied and developed. On the other hand, the tension applied to the wire of the mandrel when it is wound is generally controlled by adjusting the feeding speed of the wire, the rotation speed of the mandrel, and the rotation ratio of a plurality of tension rollers. There is also a tension adjusting device that adjusts the vertical movement of the dancer roll, which the wire orbits, using a differential transformer as the amount of expansion and contraction of the spring.

However, in order to tightly wind a wire rod on a mandrel having a complicated shape or a partially different diameter without changing the tension, the diameter of the mandrel is fixed. That is, although it is necessary to rapidly change the feeding speed of the wire rod according to the circumference of the mandrel, it is difficult for the former technique described above to quickly change the rotation ratio by following the shape of the mandrel. In addition, this device has a problem that the mechanism is complicated, the device is large, and the cost is high. The latter device has a problem that control is hunting due to the use of a spring, and it is difficult to maintain the tension constant and accurately in response to changes in the winding speed of the wire. Therefore, it has long been desired to develop a device that has a simple mechanism and is easy to operate, and moreover, can control the tension of the wire with high accuracy. The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a device that has a simple mechanism, is easy to operate, and can control the tension of a wire rod quickly and accurately.

The dancer roller (6) is rotatably mounted at a predetermined position on the plate-like rod (7). However, the dancer roller (6) is fitted on its shaft (6a), and the shaft (6a) is fitted on the rod. Reference numeral (8) is a weight having a predetermined weight W suspended from the shaft center of the dancer roller (6). (9) is a fulcrum of the rod (7), and the weight (8) described above.
When the weight is W and the tension applied to the wire is about 1/2 W, the rod (7) maintains the horizontal state. (10) is a rotation angle sensor located near the rear end of the rod (7), and the rod (7) rises to the right around the fulcrum (9),
When turning to the lower right, the tilt angle of the rod (7) is detected. The sensor is not particularly limited and may be a known one. Reference numeral (11) is a servo amplifier, and reference numeral (12) is a servo motor for feeding the wire wound around the bobbin (2). Therefore, when the weight W is suspended on the dancer roller (6) and a tension of about 1/2 W is applied to the wire (1) sent out through the roller (5), the rotation angle sensor (10) detects and the rod The wire rod (1) is fed from the bobbin (2) while braking the servo motor (12) so that (7) keeps the horizontal state. Then, when the tension applied to the wire material becomes approximately 1/2 W or less, the tip of the rod (7) inclines in the downward right direction, so that the servo motor (12) is braked and the rod (7) becomes horizontal. If the tension applied to the wire rod becomes about 1/2 W or more, the tip of the rod rod (7) inclines to the right upward direction, so the braking of the servo motor (12) is loosened. It is only necessary to adjust the rod (7) so that it is horizontal. When it is necessary to apply a tension considerably greater than or substantially less than about 1/2 W to the wire, the weight W of the weight (8) may be increased or decreased. As described above, when the wire rod is tightly and uniformly wound around the mandrel where there are thick and thin parts, input the mandrel diameter to the computer in advance and follow the mandrel diameter. By braking the servo motor, the wire rod can be wound around the mandrel with the same tension. In the present embodiment, it has been described that a predetermined tension is applied to the wire rod impregnated with the thermosetting resin liquid,
Of course, a wire rod not impregnated with the curable resin liquid can be wound around a mandrel, a paper tube or the like with a certain tension. Further, in this embodiment, the weight is suspended from the dancer roller, but the weight may be placed at a predetermined position of the rod and the like.

EFFECT OF THE INVENTION A dancer roller having a weight is rotatably mounted on a rod, and a wire rod is circulated around the dancer roller so as to be sent out, and the rotation angle of the rod associated with the vertical movement of the dancer roller is adjusted. Since the wire is sent out while being detected by a sensor and braking the bobbin according to the rotation angle, the wire can be tightly and uniformly wound around the wire with the same tension regardless of the shape of the mandrel. In addition, the device is simple and easy to operate, and the tension of the wire can be controlled with high accuracy.
