Conventionally, a wall panel having a panel body and upper and lower edge members, which is known from Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 52-7682, has a groove width dimension slightly larger than the thickness dimension of the panel body. Also, a concave groove having the same height on both sides of the groove is formed in the upper edge material and the lower edge material, and the upper edge and the lower edge of the panel body are fitted into the concave groove to form the panel body and the upper edge. The material and the lower edge material were screwed together. In addition, the upper edge material and the lower edge material consisted of metal mold materials.

The present invention solves these problems by
It is composed of a panel body, an upper edge member, and a lower edge member, and the upper edge member and the lower edge member respectively include a short leg piece and a long leg piece having a height higher than that, and the short leg piece. A bottom wall portion connecting the bases of the leg pieces and the long leg pieces and a mounting piece formed by extending the bottom wall portion in one of the horizontal directions are provided, and the upper edge member and the lower edge member are each made of elastic material. The upper edge member and the lower edge member have a groove formed by the long leg piece, the short leg piece, and the bottom wall portion, and are integrally formed of a certain extruded die member, and the concave groove is formed on the mounting piece side. The long leg piece forming one side surface of the long leg piece is slightly inclined inwardly of the groove, and a long low-wave ridge is formed on the inner surface of the long leg piece on the concave groove side. Further, the short leg piece that projects and further forms the other inner surface of the concave groove in a shape facing the long leg piece is orthogonal to the wall portion, and the minimum groove width dimension of the concave groove is the above. Than the thickness of the panel body Set to a small size and expand the concave groove by elastic deformation of the long leg piece and the short leg piece while inserting the upper edge and lower edge of the panel body into the upper edge material and the lower edge material respectively, and integrally bonding. And attach the mounting piece of the upper edge member to the ceiling plate on the back surface side of the panel body with screws, and attach the mounting piece of the lower edge material to the ceiling plate of the bathtub on the rear surface side of the panel body. A peripheral part, a peripheral part of a waterproof pan, or the like is abutted against a lower mounting member so that a screw is attached.

Apply adhesive to the groove of the upper and lower edge materials. When the upper and lower edges of the panel body are brought into contact with the concave groove surface sides of the long leg pieces of the upper and lower edge materials, respectively, and further pushed outward of the concave groove, the entrance of the concave groove expands. . Push the upper and lower edges into the groove inlets as they are. Then, in the process of inserting the upper edge and the lower edge until they hit the bottom wall of the groove, the long leg pieces and the short leg pieces forming both side surfaces of the groove are slightly elastically deformed,
Press the upper and lower edges from the left and right.

Further, since the low-wave ridges are provided, even if the thickness of the panel body varies, the variation in thickness can be sufficiently absorbed. In addition, even if the base or the middle of the long leg piece is inclined, the deep part of the concave groove is wide, and the panel body is thick (due to the variation in the thickness of the panel body described above),
You can surely get caught in the back.

Referring to FIG. 2, the upper and lower edge members 8 and 9 will be described in more detail. The long leg piece 19 and the short leg piece 20 shorter than the long leg piece 19 are described.
And a bottom wall portion 22 that connects the bases of the both, and mounting pieces 14 and 15 that project from the bottom wall portion 22 in the horizontal direction. And
By the long leg piece 19, the short leg piece 20 and the bottom wall portion 22, the concave grooves 12, 1
3 is formed. The dimension of the width of the bottom wall portion 22 in the groove width direction and the width of the mounting piece 14 or the mounting piece 15-that is, the total width dimension-is determined from the outer side surface 4a of the protruding ridge 4 in FIG. And the width dimension of the horizontal plane portion 6 are set to be substantially equal.

Further, in the long leg piece 19 that abuts on the rear surface side of the panel body 7 and the short leg piece 20 that abuts on the front surface, two long low-waveform ridges 21 in the longitudinal direction are formed on the inner surface of the long leg piece 19. , 21 are formed, and the ridges 21, 21 are inclined so as to have an upward slope toward the bottom wall portion so that the panel body 7 can be easily inserted in the arrow direction. Furthermore, the tip of the long leg piece 19 is slightly curved in a direction away from the short leg piece 20. And in the free state,
The minimum groove width dimension W of both the long and short leg pieces 19, 20 is set to be slightly smaller than the thickness dimension T of the panel body 7, and
The recessed grooves 12 and 13 can be expanded and contracted by elastically deforming 19 as shown by arrows A and B.
