【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 注出キャップ本体1と該注出キャップ本
体の上に重ねた蓋体2とを後部でヒンジ結合し、その注
出キャップ本体1の前面に該前面乃至上面へと開放させ
た凹部3を形成し、前記蓋体2の前縁から破断部4を介
して前記凹部3に対応する押板5を垂設して、該押板を
前記凹部3内に押し込み可能に内装するとともに、該押
板の上方への抜け止め手段を講じ、更に、前記凹部3内
に押し込んだ前記押板5を受ける保持手段を講じたこと
を特徴とするバージンシール付きキャップ。
1. 壁上縁にそれぞれ係止突部7を設けて、該係止突部にそ
の押板5の両肩部8を係止させるとともに、その凹部3
の下縁中央部に係止突子10を突設して、該係止突子にそ
の押板5の下縁を係止保持させ、更に、前記凹部3の両
側壁奥部に左右一対の係止縦突条10を突設し、かつ、前
記押板5の内面両側縁に押し込みに伴ってそれらの係止
縦突条10へ係合保持させる係合突条11を付設したことを
特徴とするバージンシール付きキャップ。
