Moreover, since the panel itself basically adopts a frame structure, the panel thickness is inevitably thick, and accordingly, the loading space is reduced and the loading amount and the loading are limited.
At the present time, the body itself is also weighted.

The thickness is thin, the space is expanded correspondingly, the weight of the track body itself is reduced, the heat insulating effect is good, and the temperature rise in the box is minimized.

Two surface materials 1 are arranged vertically at a predetermined interval, and in between, a block is appropriately formed. The cut balsa material 2 is sandwiched between a canta core panel 3 formed by arranging the fiber directions 2a so as to be orthogonal to the surface material 1, and the canta core panel 3 and the surface material 1 are integrated with an adhesive 4. The overall structure of these products is lightweight, impact resistance, heat insulation,
The truck panel 5'is water resistant.

First, as an aspect of the truck panel 5 ', for example, as shown in FIG. 2, the truck panel 5'can be used on the entire wall surface of the box carrier 6 which is a van type truck body, or as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, it is used for all or a part of the wing 7, the tilt plate 8, the gannon door type rear panel 9, the floor plate 10, the front plate 11 and the like in the wing tilt type truck.

Has a very high rigidity because the balsa material 2 serving as the core material is arranged so that the fiber direction 2a is orthogonal to the surface material 1.
The thickness s of the panel itself can be reduced. For this reason, the load capacity of the box carrier 6 is expanded by the amount corresponding to the decrease in the wall thickness, and it is possible to load more than the conventional one.

The heat insulation of a certain balsa material 2 itself,
The heat-retaining property plays a role of keeping the temperature inside the box carrier of the truck constant, and it is also most suitable for the car carrier part of a refrigeration vehicle or the like.

By using as a truck panel, the total thickness of the panel is reduced to significantly increase the loading capacity, reduce the influence of the temperature of the loaded products, reduce the weight of the truck body itself, improve the appearance of the truck due to the smooth surface, and paint. It has effects that it can be simplified, upgraded when a truck body is used as an advertising surface, and can be used for a refrigeration van body to increase the strength of the panel itself and simplify and reduce the number of steps in the truck assembling process.
