後者の自然導出式は液体の粘性が低い場合に有効である
と言えるが,従来知られるところの前記加圧式,自然導
出式では,如何様な粒径の粉体であってもこれをペン先
に適量供給することは困難であり,仮に供給できるとし
ても使用する粉体が液体に近い物性を有する場合のみに
限られていた。

ーズにペン先に供給できなくなることもあり得る。した
がって,かような問題を生じぬように塊状化した粉体を
粉砕攪拌できるような配慮も必要となる。

管3の後方大径部6には適宜粒径の化粧用,筆記用等の
粉体が収納される。7は芯棒8外周に螺旋状傾斜面9を
有する後に詳述せる螺旋体であり,該螺旋体7は後端部
を前記軸筒1の後端部に回転自在に嵌合された操作ノブ
10に圧入等により固定され,前端部を収納管3の前方小
径部5に僅かな隙間を介して回転自在に抱持されてい
る。即ち,螺旋体7は操作ノブ10を軸筒1に対して回転
させることで収納管3内で回転できるようになってい
る。前記せる螺旋体7に形成された螺旋状傾斜面9は,
収納管3の前方小径部5の対応する部分9aが連続してお
り,後方大径部6に対応する部分9bが適宜間隔で位相を
ずらした不連続なものとなっている。図示例では芯棒8
の外周面に螺旋形の羽根11を一体或いは別体に形成し,
該羽根11の側面で螺旋状傾斜面9を構成したものを示し
たが,螺旋状傾斜面9は,第2図に示す如き螺旋体7′
の芯棒8′の外周面に形成した螺旋状の凹溝12の内面で
構成(9′)したり,第3図に示す如き金属等の薄板13
を複数回捩るようにして形成した螺旋体7″の側面で構
成(9″)することもできる。この場合,螺旋状傾斜面
9′,9″を後方大径部6に対応する部分で不連続なもの
とするには,第2図の例では凹溝12を螺旋体7′の後方
部において適宜間隔毎に形成するようにしたり,第3図
の例では薄板13に切目14を適宜間隔毎に形成するように
すればよい。15は前記収納管3の後端部と操作ノブ10と
の間に介装された抑止部材であり,該抑止部材15は収納
管3の後端開口からの粉体の散出を抑止するものであ
り,操作ノブ10の回転を妨げることのないスポンジ,合
成ゴム等の弾性体が採用できる。もっとも該抑止部材15
は収納管3の構体部材と操作ノブ10の隙間を粉体が散出
しない程度に微少に管理するようにすれば必ずしも必要
なものではない。

体7の回転により連続した螺旋状傾斜面9によって自重
による移動を抑制されつつ前方小径部5内に少量づつ導
出され,そして回転変移する螺旋状傾斜面9によって順
次前方に送り出されてペン先2に供給される。ここでペ
ン先2に供給される粉体量は操作ノブ8による螺旋体7
の回転量に略見合ったものとなる為,適宜操作ノブ10を
回転調節することにより所望量の粉体をペン先2に供給
することができる。又,前述せる操作ノブ10の回転では
螺旋体7の後方に形成された不連続な螺旋状傾斜面9も
後方大径部6内で回転することになる。即ち,この不連
続な螺旋状傾斜面9の回転では,収納粉体は多少の送り
作用を受け前方に移動するものの前方小径部5内に導出
されるまでに至らず,かくして収納粉体は攪拌作用を強
く受けることになる。よって環境の変化によって経時的
に塊状化し易い種類の粉体を使用した場合においても,
塊状化した粉体は前記不連続な螺旋状傾斜面9で粉砕攪
拌されることになるので,スムーズな粉体供給動作が期
待できる訳である。

代用するようにしてもよい。更に,螺旋体7を収納管6
に対して回転させることにより粉体の供給を成し得るよ
うにしたものを例示したが,これとは逆に収納管6の後
端部を操作ノブ10に固定し螺旋体7の前端部を前部孔4
に固定して,収納管6を螺旋体7に対して回転させるよ
うにしても上述と同様の作用を奏することができる。
