【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】両端にフランジを有する主管の所望位置か
らフランジ付きの枝管が延出している金属製の分岐管本
体の内面およびフランジ面にかけて樹脂ライニング層を
設けるフランジ付き内面樹脂ライニング分岐管の製造方
法において、前記主管の管部に樹脂管を挿入し、この樹
脂管を拡径して樹脂管外壁面を管部内壁面に密着させる
管部ランニング工程、主管のフランジ面に樹脂ライニン
グ層を形成する主管フランジ面ライニング工程、ライニ
ング層形成用のキャビティを形成する成形型を枝管にセ
ットし、このキャビティ内に樹脂を射出成形して枝管の
内面および枝管のフランジ面にかけて枝管部ライニング
層を形成する枝管部ライニング工程、拡径した樹脂管の
枝管を臨む部分に枝管と連通する孔を設ける穿孔工程、
この孔の周縁と、前記枝管部ライニング層の端縁とを融
着または溶接する接合工程を備えていることを特徴とす
るフランジ付き内面樹脂ライニング分岐管の製造方法。
1.
