するため、従来は空気の供給量を調整したり、計量ボッ
クスでオーバーフローさせて調整することがなされてい

水通過穴を備えた開閉板が取付けられると共に、該汚水
通過穴の開度を調整する水量制御板が設けられてなるこ
とを特徴とするものである。
