(Prior Art) An example of a conventional ship telephone is shown in the configuration diagram of FIG. Ship,
As shown in the figure, the land-to-land telephone system generally comprises a ship telephone 1, an exchange 3, and a wireless ship communication device 5 on the ship side.
The land side is composed of a subscriber's telephone 2, an exchange 4, a ship exchange 6, and a radio telephone device 8, and the space between them is connected by radio.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) Generally, four signals of a voice signal, a supervisory signal, a selection signal and a special signal are used in a telephone system. That is, in the opposite direction from the voice signal such as ringing tone, busy tone, etc. for giving the user the instruction of the next operation or notifying the state of the switched network or the other party's telephone, and the control signal for calling or disconnecting from the telephone. Consists of a supervisory signal consisting of display signals such as responses to be sent, call termination, etc., selection signal consisting of numerical information designating the connection partner and its auxiliary information, billing signal for billing control, and management signal for network management and maintenance. It is a special signal.

In FIG. 5, a ship telephone 1 (hereinafter referred to as telephone 1)
The above-mentioned 4 signals are transmitted from the telephone 1 to the exchange 3 when an outside call is made from the telephone 1. The exchange 3 and the wireless ship communication device 5 (hereinafter referred to as the wireless communication device 5) perform wireless communication. Since the device 5 does not have a supervisory signal input / output function, the above three signals except the supervisory signal are transmitted. In general, the exchange performs call management by using a monitoring signal to automatically display or record the date and time of the call, the time of the call, the other party's number, and the like. However, it is an outside line call that requires call management,
It is not necessary for calls between extension workers. Here, a DC loop system is used for the supervisory signal, and the exchange 3 detects the calling and disconnection from the telephone 1 by closing and opening the DC loop, and the response and the end of the call of the outside line call have the current polarity. It is detected by reversing.

However, in the exchange 3, since there is no input / output of the monitoring signal from the wireless communication device 5, there is a drawback that the call cannot be managed and the call time must be measured by the user himself. It was

Further, some conventional ship telephones use a communication satellite 9 as shown in FIG. This is the same as the conventional example of FIG. 5 except for the intervention of the communication satellite 9, but the call time, fee, etc. from the ship side is called by calling the ship side exchange 6 on the land side again after the call is finished. The management method was inconvenient for users.

(Means for Solving the Problem) In order to solve such a problem, the present invention provides a means for automatically managing a call by providing an automatic polarity reversing device 20 between the exchange 3 and the wireless communication device 5. The automatic polarity reversing device 20 is provided with a current detection circuit 23 for detecting the current of the second loop supplied from the wireless ship communication device 5,
The reverse start timer circuit 24, which outputs the polarity reversal signal 27 after receiving the output current detection signal 28 for a predetermined time, and the polarity reversal signal 27 to switch the terminal connected to the exchange 3 to invert the polarity on the side of the exchange 3. In addition, the polarity reversing circuit 26 for returning the polarity by the on-hook of the ship telephone 1 at the end of the call is provided.

(Embodiment) FIGS. 1 to 4 show an embodiment of the present invention. First, in FIG. 1, when the telephone 1 picks up the handset (off-hook) and seizes the line of the office line, a closed loop is formed between the telephone 1 and the exchange 3, and a closed loop current flows. When the exchange 3 detects this closed loop current, a relay (not shown) of the exchange 3 operates and the exchange 3
Between the wireless communication device 5 and the automatic polarity reversing device shown in FIG.
A second closed loop is formed via 20, and a closed loop current is supplied from the wireless communication device 5. In the automatic polarity reversing device shown in FIG. 2, when the closed loop current is supplied from the wireless communication device 5, the current detection circuit 23 outputs the current detection signal 28 to the timer circuit 24 for reverse activation. In the reverse activation timer circuit 24, when the current detection signal 28 is detected, it is assumed that the telephone 1 is connected to the partner station after the dialing is completed, and the delay timer operates during that period. This time is set in advance, and the polarity inversion signal 27 is output to the polarity inversion drive circuit 25 when a predetermined time has elapsed. The polarity inversion drive circuit 25 inputs the polarity inversion signal 27 to operate the polarity inversion circuit 26, and the terminals 31 and 32 on the wireless communication device 5 side.
Are inversely connected to the terminals 34 and 33 of the exchange 3, respectively. That is, when a closed loop current as shown in FIG. 4 is supplied, a current whose polarity is reversed flows through the exchange 3,
The exchange 3 can artificially detect the response of the partner station, that is, the start of the call. The above contents are shown in a time chart of FIG.

When the telephone 1 ends the call by placing the handset (on-hook), the exchange 3 detects disconnection of the closed loop current and disconnects the second closed loop, so that the current is supplied from the wireless communication device 5. Disappears, the polarity reversing circuit 26 automatically returns, and the terminal on the wireless communication device 5 side
31 and 32 are connected to the terminals 33 and 34 of the exchange 3, respectively. The exchange 3 can detect the end of the call by returning the polarity of the polarity reversing circuit 26. However, the on-hook of the partner station cannot be detected because the supervisory signal is not transmitted. The measurement time shown in the polarity reversing circuit 26 in FIG. 3 is measured, recorded and displayed by the measurement recording device 30 attached to the exchange 3.

(Effect of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, the call management is automatically performed by the exchange without connecting the device to the configuration of the conventional ship telephone and without modifying the exchange. It has the remarkable effect that it can be done.
