長さが設計値と多少異なることがある。このため設計の
際設定された整合を満足出来なくなることがある。それ
故、短絡板4及び整合調整用ビス5により、良好な整合
が得られるように調整することになるが、同軸内導体2
の導波管3内に挿入された長さが同軸部と導波管部の整
合に著しく影響するため、整合調整が極めて困難になる
という欠点がある。
