に嵌め合わされるバネ受け板18と、該連結軸部9に嵌
め合わされ、バネ受け板18をハンドル13の背面基端
部に押し付け付勢する波板状バネ17とから成り、ハン
ドル13の背面基端部にバネ受け板18が当接する第1
座面15と第2座面16を設け、該第1座面15と第2
座面16を所定角度で会合させ、ハンドル13の収納状
態では第2座面16をバネ受け板18に当接させ、ハン
ドル13の突出状態では第1座面15をバネ受け板18
に当接させる平面ハンドル装置。
