Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the close contact between a cleaning roller and paper fed rubber roller and feed rubber roller by providing a gap between the mounting hole of the cleaning roller and a mounting shaft thereof so as to prevent cleaning effect decrease caused by wear in the rollers from occuring and prevent sliding between the rubber roller and a printing paper. CONSTITUTION:A gap is provided between a cleaning roller mounting hole 14 and a cleaning roller mounting shaft 17. With such arrangement, a cleaning roller can be lowered in concomitant with wear deformation of the rubber and cleaning roller.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention is a collator for collating printing paper such as newspaper insert advertising paper, which is provided with a plurality of paper feeding devices 1 and a plurality of paper feeding shelves 2, 2'as shown in FIG. The present invention relates to an improvement of a sheet feeding device in a collating machine, and relates to a sheet feeding device in a collating machine that can easily collate a printing paper f having a large amount of printing ink or the like attached thereto.

2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional collating machine, as shown in FIG. 3, a diameter of a cleaning roller mounting hole 24 and a cleaning roller mounting shaft 2 are shown.
Since there was only a gap between the diameters of 7 so that the cleaning roller 23 could rotate smoothly, the cleaning roller only rotated concentrically around the mounting shaft. For this reason, when the cleaning roller wears, a gap is created between the cleaning roller 23 and the rubber feed roller 11 and the rubber feed roller 12, which makes it difficult to maintain a close contact state.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention In a collating machine, particularly in a collating machine collating printing paper such as newspaper insert advertising paper, the collation of printing paper is not ensured after the completion of printing without ensuring a sufficient drying time. In many cases, the printing ink adhered to the rubber roller of the collator, and the rubber roller and the printing paper slipped, which often hindered the collating work.

As shown in FIG. 1, a cleaning roller 13 is installed at an intermediate upper portion between a paper feeding rubber roller 11 and a feeding rubber roller 12 which are installed in a substantially horizontal state. So that the cleaning roller descends and comes into close contact with the rubber roller.
The diameter of the cleaning roller mounting shaft 17 is made smaller than the diameter of the above to provide a gap due to the diameter difference. It is sufficient that the gap has a diameter difference of 1 mm to several mm.

The cleaning roller 13 is worn by the contact and friction between the paper feed rubber roller 11 and the feed rubber roller 12 during the collating work. On the other hand, the rubber feed roller 11 and the rubber feed roller 12 are worn due to friction with the printing paper. In the present invention, since there is a gap between the cleaning roller attachment hole 14 and the cleaning roller attachment shaft 17, the cleaning roller 13 can be lowered by the amount of the gap due to wear of each roller, and the cleaning roller and the feeding roller can be lowered. The paper rubber roller and the feed rubber roller can maintain the contact / contact state for a long time. Therefore, the ink or the like attached to the rubber roller can be efficiently sucked and wiped off by the cleaning roller.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. (A) The paper feeding device is fixed to the collator frame by a bracket 19. (B) The drive shaft 15 penetrates the paper feed rubber roller 11,
It rotates in the arrow direction by the power of a motor (not shown). (C) The feed rubber roller 12 has a feed rubber roller shaft 16
Penetrates through and is connected to the drive shaft 15 via a timing belt and a timing pulley 18 (not shown) so that it rotates in synchronization with the rotation of the drive shaft. (D) The cleaning roller 13 is rotatably mounted on the intermediate upper portion between the paper feed rubber roller 11 and the feed rubber roller 12 by the cleaning roller shaft 17. (E) Initially, the cleaning roller is attached so that the lower end of the cleaning roller mounting hole 14 and the lower end of the cleaning roller mounting shaft 17 come into contact with each other. Therefore, when each roller is worn, the cleaning roller 13 has a cleaning roller mounting hole and a cleaning roller mounting shaft. The difference in diameter, that is, the cleaning roller shaft can be lowered by gravity until it comes into contact with the upper end of the cleaning roller hole, and the close contact of the rollers can be maintained.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION The present invention has the above-described structure. By using this structure, the paper feed rubber roller 11 and the feed rubber roller 12 can constantly clean the ink adhesion, and the printing incompletely dried ink can be performed. Since even paper can be collated easily and efficiently, it can contribute to rationalization of collation work.
