Abstract

PURPOSE:To fill a liquid while preventing harmful bubbles from generating by a method wherein a cylindrical body is slidably fitted in a replenishing pipe, and a plurality of vertical grooves are provided on the peripheral surface of the cylindrical body, and a liquid to be filled is led in the radial directions from the lower ends of the grooves, and the liquid is filled in a packaging bag from the lower end of the replenishing pipe. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical body 14 with a bottom plate 12 is slidably fitted in a replenishing pipe 13, and on the cylindrical body 14, the lower end of a vertically movable rod 21 which is vertically moved by a cylinder 20 is screwed. On the peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 14, a plurality of grooves 15a in the vertical direction are formed, and at the same time, a radial hole is provided at the lower ends of respective grooves 15a. Also, a replenishing hole 18 is provided at an intermediate location in the height direction of the replenishing pipe 13, and a filling liquid tank 19 is connected to the replenishing hole 18 by a rubber pipe, etc. Then, after inserting the replenishing pipe 13 in the opening of a packaging bag (b), the radial hole is opened by pressing down the cylindrical body 14 by operating the cylinder 20. By doing so, the filling liquid being filled in the grooves 15a... is discharged in the radial directions, and a filling without the generation of bubbles is realized by this method.

[Industrial application] In the currently used bubble-filling liquid filling nozzle, bubbles are formed on the lower surface of the nozzle after filling, which pops up before welding and adheres to the inner surface of the packaging bag to be sealed,
The fusion seal may be defective or incomplete. However, this failure of fusion sealing is not allowed and new fusion sealing must be performed. The filling nozzle of the present invention has improved such drawbacks.

2. Description of the Related Art A nozzle currently used for filling a bubbling liquid into a packaging bag b is a conical piece for promoting a liquid running out by contacting a lower surface of the filling pipe 1 and a lower surface of the filling pipe 1 by pulling up a pulling rod 3. 2, the filling pipe 1 is lowered to below the inner surface of the watertight packaging bag b as shown in FIGS. 7 to 11, and the conical piece 2 is further lowered by the pulling rod 3 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 10, the filling liquid 6 is filled while flowing the filling liquid 6 in the form of a film from the gap 4, and at the beginning of the filling, the bubble is surrounded by the filling liquid 6 on the lower surface of the conical piece 2 and eliminates the escape as shown in FIG. 7 remains, but in FIGS. 9 and 10, bubbles 8 grow and when the filling pipe 1 is pulled upward from the packaging bag b,
The air bubbles 8 lose the supporting force of the liquid agent from the surroundings and are ruptured as shown in FIG. 11 to adhere to the inner surface of the packaging bag b where the sealing is scheduled to be carried out, resulting in poor or impossible sealing. In addition, bottles, cans, etc.
The use of the nozzles of the present invention is desirable when filling liquid fills that tend to generate bubbles.

According to the present invention, a plurality of vertical grooves 15a or a plurality of vertical grooves 15b whose outer periphery is closed are provided on the peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 14 slidably fitted in the refill pipe 13. The respective lower ends of the respective grooves 15a, 15b are radially released, and the filling liquid is guided radially from the lower ends of the respective longitudinal grooves 15a, 15b so as to be guided from the lower end of the refill pipe 13 to the packaging bag b. Since it does not generate bubbles 8 which pop like in the conventional case, it is possible to cleanly fill the liquid agent without generating harmful bubble particles in the fusion-sealing.
