したから、従来の様に雌用口と雄用口のホース継手を個
々に加工して製作する必要がなくなる。従って、ホース
継手を安価で提供することが出来る。しかも、ホース接
続口に回転操作により接続する接続部の接続管を回転自
在に設けたロータリー式に構成してなるから、ホース継
手をホース接続機器に接続する時にホースに捩じれが発
生することはない。 ,ホースを接続するニップル部を合成樹脂材にて形成
してなるから、全体を金属で形成した従来ホース継手に
比べてその軽量化が図られる。しかも、ニップル部の内
部流路には放射状に仕切る補強リブを設けて剛性を付与
してなるから、使用中に踏まれるなどの不都合が起きて
も潰れることはなく、補強リブを設けたことによって、
ニップル部の肉厚を更に薄くしてホース継手の軽量化を
より一層図るが出来る。更に、ホース折れ止め防止部を
ホース内に挿入されるニップル部のホース嵌合口より軸
延長方向に向けて一体に設けてなるから、従来の様にホ
ース継手にホースを接続する際に別加工にて製作した折
れ止め防止部をホースの外側に嵌め込み装着する等の面
倒で手間の掛かる取り付け作業が一切不要になることか
ら、その作業性が大幅に改善される。更にはホース折れ
止め防止部がニップル部に一体に設けられていることか
ら、従来付属品として別加工にて製作していた折れ止め
防止部の製作が不要となり、経済的にも有効な処のホー
