【目的】 床暖房用パネルのパネル自体に設置スペース
に合わせた裁断が出来るように切断スペースを備えるこ
とで床暖房用パネルだけで床全面を敷くことが出来るよ
うにした。 【構成】 床暖房用パネルの外周の一部又は全部に切断
が出来るようにヒータや温水パイプが取り付けられてい
ない部分を設けることで、設置スペースに合わせた裁断
が出来る床暖房用パネル。

Description
【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、今迄の床暖房用パネルは、裁断ができないため敷設できない箇所 は別の資材で埋めていた。そのために放熱面積が少なく、床暖房用パネルと周囲 を埋める材料が異質なために、床が仕上がった状態でも違和感が残って互いにな じみにくいなどの欠点があり、仕上りに難点がある。
本案は、その欠点を補うために考案されたもので、これを図面について説明す れば、第１図はヒータスペース１の外周にデッドスペース２の部分を外周の一部 又は全部に設け、その部分は切断が可能で敷設時に設置スペースに合わせて裁断 をする。例えば８畳間の場合には今迄は６枚しか敷けないのが周囲を裁断するこ とで第２図のように８枚を敷くことが出来る。そうすることで放熱面積も増え、 床面が同一材料なので難点が無くなり、理想的な床暖房となる。
第１図は本考案の斜視図。第２図は本考案の設置例 １はヒータスペース ２はデッドスペース
