と,転写部材で、画像形成装置の使用時間又は記録回数
等の完了時に、クリーニング手段でクリーニングを行な
う事で、前記帯電部材と、転写部材に付着しているトナ
ー、紙粉等を取り去り、前記帯電手段と、転写手段で前
記感光体ドラムには常に正常値の電荷を付与する事が出
来る。従って前記トナー、紙粉等の付着で前記電荷が正
常値以下となり、帯電ムラや転写抜けを発生させる事が
無く、常に良好で画像を形成する事が可能である。
