かし、鋼管とキヤツプに棒を差し込むのに、アースオー
ガのウインチで、6m位、上までブランコで上がらなけ

キャツプの補助具を発明に至ったものである。キャツプ
の外の形状は四角、六角、八角、丸型、いずれの形でも
良いが、内部の形状は鋼管の形状の形に、しなければな
らない。また、鋼管に差し込む棒は、鋼管から棒が、外
れないようにすればよいので棒にピンを取り付ければ良
いので、そうすれば鋼管から外れず、ウインチで釣り上

をより詳細に説明する。第1図は本発明の鋼管回転式圧
入杭工法の補助具(1)の側面図である。従来の補助具
は中央に第4図の丸い棒(4)を入れる穴が開いてある
だけで、この穴にアースオーガーでブランコに乗りウイ
ンチで釣り上げられて鋼管の穴と補助具の穴を合わせて
丸い棒(4)を差し込むのである。そのためブランコに
乗りウインチでアースオーガの上部(6m)位まで登ら
なければならないから非常に危険である。本発明の鋼管
回転式圧入抗工法の補助具は、この危険性を無くすため
第1図のストッパー棒(2)を付け棒(4)の直径より
やや太めの溝を中央部まで切り込み補助具(1)の下部
と上部にストッパー(3)を取り付けたものである。
叉、鋼管に穴をあけ第4図の棒(4)を差し込み鋼管の
内部に第4図のストッパーピン(5)を取り付ければ、
鋼管に棒(4)が固定されるのである。こうして第4図
の棒(4)を固定した鋼管をウインチで釣り、第1図の
鋼管回転式圧入杭工法の補助具(1)の下部([棒4)
の直径よりやや太めの溝を切り込んだ部分]より上部に
移動すれば第1図のストッパー棒(2)を通りすぎ上部
に移動するとストッパー棒(2)は補助具(1)の上部
のストッパー(3)迄いき止まるが、垂直より内側にス
トッパー(3)があるため、自然にストッパー棒(2)
は下部のストッパー(3)の方向に落下する。下部のス
トッパー(3)があるためストッパー棒(2)はここで
停止する。これにより鋼管に固定した棒(4)はストッ
パー棒(2)より落ちなくここで止まるのである。よっ
て鋼管は釣り上げられアーオーガーで、どこにでも移動
出来るのである。こうして鋼管を回転しながら圧入して
いくので上から押さえ込んでも、この時鋼管に固定され
ている棒(4)は補助具(1)の溝の切ってある上部に
移動するが、鋼管を圧入するのになんら、問題はない。
鋼管を回転圧入し、終わればストッパー棒(2)を上部
に持ち上げて鋼管から棒(4)のストッパーピン(5)
をはずせばよいのである。こうすればブランコに乗りウ
インチで棒(4)を鋼管の穴まで差し込むために、6位
も高く登らなくてもよいのである。よって本発明の鋼管
回転式杭工法の補助具が発明されたものである。[発明
の効果]本発明によって3m〜6mの高さに人間が、ウ
インチによって、ブランコで上がり、棒(4)を差し込
みにいかなくてはならないという危険性が無くなるとい
