形機における熱遮蔽装置に係り、成形作業中断時に可撓
性遮熱材を加熱手段により加熱されている熱板と間欠停
止した樹脂シート又は成形品の間に進出させて、熱板か
らの輻射熱によつて変形することを防止する構成にした
ものである。

において、事故検出による自動停止、又は点検等のた
め、熱板の加熱手段を継続したままで成形作業を中断す
る待機にすることは普通である。その場合熱板の加熱を
中断しては運転再開時の加熱に時間が掛かり成形能率が
低下する。しかしながら加熱のままで待機するとき、樹
脂シートあるいは成形品が熱板に接近しているため、熱
板の輻射熱によつて加熱軟化する変形を生じ、運転再開
時に成形不良を発生するか、又は運転中断時成形完了し
ていた成形品が変形して不良品となる。また状況によつ
ては軟化した樹脂シート及び成形品が熱板に付着する
為、それを除去しなければならなかつた。しかしながら
このような事態を避けることは必要である。

脂シート成形機において、可逆的に駆動される一対の無
端走行帯を設けるとともに、該無端走行帯に可撓性遮熱
材を取付け、成形作業中断時、前記無端走行帯を駆動し
て前記可撓性遮熱材を前記連続樹脂シートと前記熱板の
表面間へ移動させ、このとき該連続樹脂シートを可撓性
遮熱材にて裏から支持する構成としたことを特徴とす
る。

ホイルにL形往復の無端チエーン15を掛け渡す。一側の
スプロケツトホイル11には第5図のように歯車16を同軸
に設け、機台1にブラケツト17により支持した可逆モー
タ18の歯車19と前記歯車16とにチエーン20をかけ、可逆
モータ18により前記の無端チエーン15を可逆駆動する。
前記した無端チエーンはタイミングベルト等の無端走行
帯であつても良い。(可逆モータ18はピストン等の可逆
作動体であってもよい。) 左右一対の無端チエーン15の任意間隔の鎖片に数個づつ
の脚片21を取付け、左右で対をなす脚片21に機台1を左
右に横切る支持棒22を差し渡し、その各支持棒22の上に
耐熱性のフエルト、耐熱性の厚織物等からなる可撓性遮
熱材23を取付ける。

行帯15により可撓性遮熱材23を第3図の進出位置から第
2図の退避位置に移動して樹脂シートcを熱板6により
加熱する。
