The operation of the above structure will be described. Normally, in the water supply process, the water introduced into the cleaning tank 1 through the water supply port 3 starts to stay at the bottom of the cleaning tank 1. At this time, when water starts to stay in the auxiliary water tank 6 from the drainage port 4 through the auxiliary water tank connecting pipe 5 at the same water level as in the cleaning tank 1, and the water level in the auxiliary water tank 6 reaches a prescribed height. The water level detection device 7 operates and the water supply process ends. In addition, when the water level detection device 7 does not operate, such as when an abnormal state occurs, the overflow water from the cleaning tank 1 is introduced into the overflow water collection container 8 via the dedicated overflow water pipe 9, and the water level in the overflow water collection container 8 is When the water reaches the prescribed height, the overflow detection device 10 operates to prevent the water supply process from ending and the drainage process to start, thereby preventing water leakage to the outside of the dishwasher main body.

In such a conventional configuration, when the equipment falls into an abnormal state and the water level detecting device 3 does not operate, the overflow water from the cleaning tank 1 is exclusively for the overflow water from the cleaning tank 1. Since the water is introduced into the overflow collection container 8 through the pipe 9, there is a problem that when the water overflows during the water supply process, the water level in the cleaning tank 1 fluctuates significantly and the response of the overflow detection device 10 becomes unstable. Was there.

As shown in the drawing, the overflow water discharge pipe 12 connects the auxiliary water tank 6 and the overflow water collection container 8, and the position of the inlet of the overflow water discharge pipe 12 is at a specified height at which the water level detection device 7 operates. Is higher than the height of the overflow surface of the cleaning tank 1.

The operation of the above structure will be described. First, in the water supply process, the water introduced from the water supply port 3 into the cleaning tank 1 starts to stay at the bottom of the cleaning tank 1.

If an abnormal condition occurs and the water level detection device 7 does not operate, the water level in the cleaning tank 1 and the water level in the auxiliary water tank 6 rise at the same time, and the inlet of the overflow water discharge pipe 12 Is set higher than the prescribed height at which the water level detection device 7 operates, and lower than the height of the overflow surface of the cleaning tank 1, so that the auxiliary water tank 6 is removed before the overflow water from the cleaning tank 1 occurs. Overflow water is introduced into the overflow water collection container 8 through the overflow water discharge pipe 12, and when the water level in the overflow water collection container 8 reaches a prescribed height, the overflow water detection device 10 operates to end the water supply stroke, The drainage process is started and water leakage to the outside of the equipment can be prevented.

As shown in the figure, the auxiliary water tank 13 is provided with a partition wall 13 inside, and has a two tank structure of a water level detecting device installation portion 14 and an overflow water discharge pipe connecting portion 15, and the water level detecting device detecting portion 14 has a water level. The detection device 7 is provided, and the overflow water discharge pipe 12 is connected to the overflow water discharge pipe connection port 16 of the overflow water discharge pipe connection portion 15.

With the above structure, the same effect as in the first embodiment can be obtained. In addition, in the case of the first embodiment, since the water level in the cleaning tank 1 at the time of overflow is determined by the connection position of the auxiliary water tank 6 and the overflow water discharge pipe 12, it is not possible to easily change the overflow water level setting. In the example, the height of the partition wall 14 determines the water level in the cleaning tank 1 at the time of overflow, so that the overflow water level setting can be easily changed.

With the above structure, the same effect as that of the second embodiment can be obtained. Further, in the case of the second embodiment, it is difficult to obtain the head of overflow water for the overflow water discharge pipe 12,
In this embodiment, the overflow water discharge pipe 1 is connected to the overflow water discharge pipe 1
Since the cross-sectional area gradually decreases toward 2, the head of the overflow water discharge pipe 12 can be easily obtained, and the flow rate of the overflow water in the overflow water discharge pipe 12 can be further stabilized.

With the above structure, the same effect as that of the second embodiment can be obtained. In the case of the second embodiment, when the equipment vibrates, the water on the side of the water level detection device 14 passes over the partition wall 20, and the overflow water discharge pipe connecting portion 15 is erroneously mistaken.
There is a possibility that it may flow into the side and cause an erroneous detection of the overflow detection device 10. However, in this embodiment, since the upper end of the partition wall 20 is inclined toward the water level detection device installation part 14 side, the water level detection device installation part The possibility that water on the 14 side will cross the partition wall 20 is reduced, and erroneous detection of the overflow detection device 10 can be prevented.

As described above, according to the present invention, a cleaning tank for storing dishes, an auxiliary water tank communicating with the cleaning tank, a water level detecting device for detecting the water level in the auxiliary water tank, and the cleaning tank An overflow collection container for collecting overflow and an overflow detection device for detecting the water level in the overflow collection container are provided, and the auxiliary water tank and the overflow collection container are made to communicate with each other. Changes steadily, so that the response of the overflow detection device can be stably obtained.

Further, since the partition wall is provided in the auxiliary water tank and the two tank structure of the water level detecting device installation portion and the overflow water discharge pipe connecting portion is adopted, the level of the overflow water is set by changing the height of the partition wall. Can be easily changed.

Further, since the cross-section area of the overflow water discharge pipe connecting portion is continuously reduced toward the overflow water discharge pipe connecting port, the overflow water head for the communication portion between the auxiliary water tank and the overflow water collecting container can be easily obtained. It is possible to further stabilize the flow rate of overflow water in the communication section.

Furthermore, since the upper end of the partition wall is inclined toward the water level detection device installation side, erroneous inflow of water from the water level detection device installation side in the auxiliary water tank into the overflow discharge pipe connection part when the equipment vibrates. Therefore, it is possible to prevent erroneous detection of the overflow detection device.
