Abstract

PURPOSE:To simply and reliably mount a terminal board on a base board by locking hooks formed on the lower end of a terminal on the opening ends of the base board by pushing the terminal board fitted to the base board by elastic force of a lever integrally formed with the terminal board. CONSTITUTION:In a terminal board 10, leg parts of a terminal 11 are inserted in connecting terminal holes 1c of a printed board 1, and the lower end of a lever 10h is fitted and inserted in a hole 1e of the board 1, and is installed on the board 1. The lever 10h push-moves the terminal board 10 by elastic force, and slides it on the board 1, and locks lower end hooks 11d of the terminal leg parts on the opening ends of the holes 1c through which the leg parts penetratingly pass. Thereby, the terminal board 10 is installed on the board 1 without vertically moving. In this condition, the lower ends 11d of the terminal and a conductor pattern formed on the board 1 are soldered together. Thereby, the terminal board 10 is reliably mounted on and fixed to the board 1, and the terminal leg parts and the conductor pattern are excellently soldered together.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional terminal block, when the leg portions 3a of the screw terminals 3 are reflow-soldered to the conductor pattern of the printed circuit board 1, the printed circuit board 1 is deformed by heat, and the terminals are deformed. The base 2 is lifted from the printed circuit board 1, or the leg portion 3a of the screw terminal 3 is
Is pushed up by the pressure of the jetted solder, and the terminal block 2 floats from the printed circuit board 1. When the legs 3a and the conductor pattern are soldered while the terminal block 2 is thus lifted from the printed circuit board 1 (FIG. 7C), the conductor pattern of the printed circuit board 1 and the legs 3a of the screw terminals 3 are soldered. The reliability of soldering with and is lost. Note that FIG. 7C is exaggeratedly drawn. Further, when the terminal block 2 is floated from the printed circuit board 1, the end of the connecting wire is sandwiched between the screw terminal 3 and the screw 4 and the screw 4 is tightened, and the terminal block 2 is moved (pressed down by the tightening force). Therefore, there is a problem that the conductor pattern may be peeled off from the printed circuit board 1.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to mount a terminal block on a printed circuit board extremely easily and surely even though it has a simple structure, and is formed on the terminal and the printed circuit board. The terminal block is prevented from rising from the printed circuit board during soldering with the conductive pattern. As a result, the terminal and the conductor pattern are reliably soldered, and the reliability is improved. Further, since the terminal block is firmly fixed to the printed circuit board, when a screw terminal is used as the terminal, there is an excellent effect that the conductor pattern is prevented from peeling off from the printed circuit board due to the tightening force of the screw. .
