PURPOSE:To improve beauty and to improve a ventilating efficiency of a ventilator by arranging a ventilation duct in a building since sucking means is disposed substantially directly above an illuminator and the air sucked to the means is exhausted. CONSTITUTION:A communicating duct 3 is so provided as to pass through a ceiling plate 1, and its upper end is connected to a ventilation duct 2. On the other hand, a lower end of the duct 3 is covered with a temple bell type cover 4, a stationary rod 7 is horizontally disposed therein, and a fan 8 is fixed. A stationary rod 10 is horizontally disposed under the fan 8, and a bulb 11 is fixed.
